My sons’ first time at a dentist. He had a great experience! No tears, watched tv, got a toy! Wasn’t over charged, and only recommended age appropriate cleaning and no X-rays as a money grab! All three of my kids go here and love it! Cassidy was awesome with him, patient and explained everything!
Moved over a couple of years ago. Haven’t looked back since. Cassidy is very patient and informative. The dentist isn’t my favourite place to visit but the staff has turned that around for me. I know I’m in good hands. Very helpful with reminders and bookings. Best dentist I’ve ever been to. Won’t be going anywhere else.
Best dental office I have been to by far. It's not just one particular person but the entire staff is polite and courteous. You are treated with respect and everything is explained to you step by step and throughout the whole process, regardless of what treatment is being done, and how many times it has been explained. There is compassion, care, and patience when they are tending to patients/clients, whether it's at the front desk, in the dental chair, or the aftercare. Special shout out to Dr. B ... you're awesome!
Thank you, Dr. Alice, for doing such an amazing job. I needed a temporary fix to close a large gap, and she managed to make it look completely natural. The teeth don’t look bulky at all, and the gap is no longer noticeable. The color match was excellent, and her patience and skill truly stood out. Very happy with the result
