Everything about our experience here was amazing. Every single person met you with a smile. My 6 month old got a lip tie and tongue tie release and it was such a quick procedure. They were very informative and thorough. They took their time explaining everything to me and it didn’t feel like they were just trying to get me in and out. They were also wonderful with my 3 year old I brought with me, providing puzzles, toys, and even a snack! I would absolutely recommend going here.
I had oral tie revisions done here for both my daughters, once in 2023 and now in 2026. Both times we had an absolutely amazing experience. Dr. Gerard and her team were so kind and helpful. The procedure went smoothly and they made sure all our questions were answered and gave extra support if needed. Special shout out to Jenny, I worked with her both times and really appreciated her thorough care. I would highly recommend this place for anyone needing tie revisions in the future!
The staff at Waterfront Dental are amazing. A few years ago we had a lip and tongue tie revised for our daughter with Dr Gerard. She did a fantastic job and you could tell she truly cared about her patients (and their families). Fast-forward a few years, our next kiddo had another lip and tongue tie that needed revising. Had a tongue-tie procedure (with pre and post-op therapy) performed at 201 Waterfront. Very pleased with the treatment and care I received! We drove 1.5 hrs to have the inital visit, operation, and final post-op, and they were able to do the rest of the therapy virtually with us. Great staff, and they were very accommodating for us when we needed to bring along the little kiddos. I've referred everyone I know who's been in need of this procedure here. 10/10 would recommend.
Dr Gerard did an excellent job on a tooth extraction I had. It's no picnic, but she and her assistant were professional throughout the process. I've had other extractions, and they sent me to an oral surgeon, but Dr Gerard was confident she could take care of it and she most definitely did. Highly recommend
