It has not been an easy experience for me it's still ongoing. I had extractions done in May got fitted for partials and til this day my visits are more frequent with "adjustments"! It seems like it's one issue after another which is time consuming and frustrating. I don't see any positive results at the end of this painful and EXPENSIVE journey. Although the staff is great and helpful. The service and the results don't leave a good impression! I would not recommend this office to anyone.

I was very happy with 32 Ivory Lane Dental & Orthodontics at my first dental appointment. They were very thorough and have the latest technology. They take a majority of most insurance’s. The dentist and assistants were courteous and professional. I couldn’t be more pleased.

The team at 32 Ivory Lane have been amazing to work with. I just finished a year and a half of orthodontist work with them. The front office staff have been great at making sure my appointments worked around my work schedule. If I had a question about the bands on my braces I could send a pictures and they would let me know if I needed to come in or not. They were able to set up a payment plan that fit my budget. They have made my dental anxiety a little less anxious and I appreciate them for that.

I had broken one of my front teeth in a fall on the 27th of may. When I was able to go to the dentist I was told I had to have a cap. The staff was very gentle and considerate for my sore mouth, pictures were taken and sent away to have the tooth made. I received my tooth and again everyone was very considerate of my pain level. My tooth looks very good and goes with the rest of my teeth. Very happy with the results.

The office rescheduled me for an earlier appointment, but failed to inform me that it would now be with a different dentist. Being my first time at this office, I was disappointed. Then the dentist i had was rude, didn't ask me any questions and was pushy for procedures I didn't want. Unfortunately, I wont be returning to this establishment, nor will I be recommending it to family or friends.
