Came here and needed some fillings done and Dr. Silvio did such a wonderful job! I was nervous to get them done and he made sure I felt ready before starting and that I was fully numb beforehand! The hygienist Michelle was extremely efficient as well! Would recommend this office 👍🏻
I have dental phobia and am extremely anxious I had been putting off necessary dental needs; however, Dr Stephens took such great care of me, he was kind, understanding, patient and gentle - removed a tooth and did 4 crowns I was comfortable and at ease throughout the procedures .. so thankful I found 32 Ivory Lane - I love my new dental family ❤️
How uncouth and the level of racism from staff and doctors and not afraid to show it! I wouldn't recommend this office to anyone!!!!!! Double check your records you know exactly who I am....
The customer experience at 32 Ivory Lane was 5 Star from start to finish. They have been very flexible with scheduling appointments and I appreciate the reminder phone call as well as text. I arrived on time and was quickly escorted to the appointment room. The front desk staff was very courteous. My Dental Technician Michelle was friendly, attentive, engaging and very professional. THIS DENTAL OFFICE DESERVES A "0" (ZERO) STAR which I would give if it allowed it. Do not go to this dental office. The office manager named ANGELA was rude, talks over you in a loud and condescending tone she won't even listen to what we are saying. We only went there for Dr. Kim only to be turned away by this rude office Manager without listening to our explanation about a subscription that they are supposed to provide. DO NOT WASTE YOUR TIME HERE at this facility.
