I had broken one of my front teeth in a fall on the 27th of may. When I was able to go to the dentist I was told I had to have a cap. The staff was very gentle and considerate for my sore mouth, pictures were taken and sent away to have the tooth made. I received my tooth and again everyone was very considerate of my pain level. My tooth looks very good and goes with the rest of my teeth. Very happy with the results.

Friendly and fast dental services. However, they do not send appointment reminders even though they say they do. Ensure that you place the appt on your own calendar and set up your own calendar reminders. Also, they will not follow up with you regarding any pending paperwork or payment information; this will cause delays and can be taken care of easily if they would call/email the patient. Let me just say this….normally you may not put gentleness and dentistry together in the same sentence…however, it is 100% true here!! If you live close, 32 Ivory Lane is your safe place. If you don’t live close, you’re gonna need to plan ahead for the drive. I had the most pleasant root canal EVER possible here. Ok, I’m done. Do what you want with this review. Just don’t come in at 8:00am. That’s my time. Lol!

We recently changed to 32 Ivory due to our insurance changing. We love them! They are very nice and up front with any plan or pricing. We are very happy with the change.

I was treated with utmost respect & detailed care. I had a wonderful experience during the Oral surgery part. Now I’m just waiting to hear back for the healing to be complete so I can next get the denture part completed.
