Our family had to change dentists due to insurance. The care we have received from start to finish at 32 Ivory Lane has been stellar. Love the added convenience of being able to use the same Dr. And staff we are already familiar with for any orthodontic needs.
It has not been an easy experience for me it's still ongoing. I had extractions done in May got fitted for partials and til this day my visits are more frequent with "adjustments"! It seems like it's one issue after another which is time consuming and frustrating. I don't see any positive results at the end of this painful and EXPENSIVE journey. Although the staff is great and helpful. The service and the results don't leave a good impression! I would not recommend this office to anyone.
The team at 32 Ivory Lane have been amazing to work with. I just finished a year and a half of orthodontist work with them. The front office staff have been great at making sure my appointments worked around my work schedule. If I had a question about the bands on my braces I could send a pictures and they would let me know if I needed to come in or not. They were able to set up a payment plan that fit my budget. They have made my dental anxiety a little less anxious and I appreciate them for that.
I was very happy with 32 Ivory Lane Dental & Orthodontics at my first dental appointment. They were very thorough and have the latest technology. They take a majority of most insurance’s. The dentist and assistants were courteous and professional. I couldn’t be more pleased.
Dr. Vu is very thorough, patient and gentle. In evaluating my teeth, he explained all that needed to be done, and answer any question I had. Before starting his procedures, he went back over the why and what he was doing which took stress out of the situation. His assistant and the office staff at 32 Ivory Dental are so kind, and professional. I highly recommend Dr. Vu for all your dental needs.
