This was my second visit to this clinic, and once again, the experience was excellent. The staff are incredibly wonderful, patient, and accommodating. What stood out the most during my recent visit was the kind gesture from the reception team. I wasn’t aware of the $5 insurance fee with CDCP, and since I was swamped at work covering for someone else, I didn’t have time to follow up. I can Honestly say this is the best dental office I've been too. The staff is lovely and caring, you feel like you're with friends. Very efficient customer service, the receptionist was very accommodating to my schedule and concerns. The nurses make you feel so comfortable at all times. I had an excellent experience at 52nd Dental! Booking an appointment was very easy, and the staff was very professional. The employees at the front desk made me feel at ease from the moment I walked in. My hygienist, Jolie, was incredibly helpful and made the process comfortable and stress-free. For my appointment, Dr. Hadi was extremely personable, while also being professional and thorough. He explained everything clearly and provided top-notch care. Would highly recommend to anyone looking for high quality dental work!
Went in with a buddy and had a great experience. The ladies at the front were super professional and welcoming. The hygienist was gentle and did a great job. Big thanks to the doctor as well — very attentive and made everything easy. Highly recommend this place!
