Very pleased with the service here. Was a new walk in customer. Was able to get an appointment fairly quickly. Received helpful reminder texts. The quality of the cleaning was very high. The hygienist was thorough, gentle, and gave me lots of great insights. Will go back again. Highly recommended to anyone with teeth.
7Dental is where I have gone my whole life, but unfortunately today I had an extremely negative experience. My hygienist that was meant to perform the clean was picking very rough and painful, causing tears to come to my eyes, and caused me to bleed (while I did have the littlest bit of swelling over 3 teeth prior due to flossing to hard, it wasn't because of this). This is the second time I've been at 7Dental with Dr. Bedrossian, and both times have been a breeze! I usually get very nervous at dental appointments but Dr. Bedrossian has a very light hand, he's fast and efficient and keeps reassuring throughout the procedures. Very happy with my experience here!
Patient here since 2010. Some turnover of staff (hygienist, dentists) but consistently professional service. Almost always on time for scheduled appointments. Clean office and patient rooms. Would recommend to others seeking dental care.
Dr. Sarma is exactly what you want in a dentist: professional, honest, knowledgeable and caring. I have been to so many different dentists and my experience with Dr. Sarma is far beyond any other experiences I’ve had. I would recommend him to anyone looking for a top-tier doctor.
