This is my first experience with 7Dental and everything has been great so far. Both the medical and admin staff are amazing and very professional. Because of your high standard professionalism, I found your services easy, efficient and friendly. I am very satisfied with the first treatment I have received (examination, cleaning and feeling cavities). I am looking forward to my next appointment in March. Extremely calm clean and welcoming. The waiting room feels serene with tvs displaying dental facts or calming pictures. The hygienist I saw was Sana and she was so nice and patient and it was the best cleaning I have ever received. Excellent experience.
The staffs are very friendly. They give you great insight on what and how they would be conducting the examination, x-rays and treatments. They greet you and treat you well each time you go in for treatment. The receptionist is very welcoming and has a calm voice. The thing that they can improve on is that - having enough staff and room so everybody can be treated as a priority.
