I had such a great experience at this clinic. During my pregnancy, I was struggling with severe tooth pain and was quite anxious about dental treatment, but the whole team was incredibly understanding and gentle. They took extra care to make sure everything was safe and comfortable for me. I also had a filling done recently, and the dentist did an amazing job — quick, painless, and very professional. Had a dental cleaning and a tooth extraction within a week of each other. Both appointments were 5 star. Dental cleaning was thorough. Tooth extraction went as well as it could. Dentist explained everything as it went along and it was done in no time. Couldn’t ask for better. Best of all, they direct bill our dental insurance company, so we didn’t have to pay for the procedures and then wait to get the money from the insurance company. I had a very disappointing experience at this dental location and would strongly advise others to be cautious. After being with this location for over two years, I’ve decided it’s time to move on. The management has declined, and the overall quality of care is not what it used to be. 1. At my daughter’s recent appointment, they attempted to take x-rays, but the machine was not working. This was my third time to attend this clinic for hygiene app. First two times I did not have any issues, however this time I felt like my hygienist was rushing to do cleaning, trying to finish as fast as possible. It is difficult to say what was the reason for the speedy/rush cleaning as I truly do not know, but unfortunately it did not create a positive experience.
Very pleasant experience at 7dental today during a routine cleaning with their new hygienist. Very calming and reassuring. Thank you for your care and looking forward to coming back again with the same level of care.
