Went to this location and the Hygienists and Dentists were very nice and I can't complain about the cleaning, but I noticed some lack of professionalism and care from one of the receptionists. She cancelled my appointment without letting me know, and she did it the day before, because she "assumed" I got my work done at the other location, even though I already explained I was doing half the work there before the end of the year because my appointment with this location was canceled then as well. I had such a great experience at this clinic. During my pregnancy, I was struggling with severe tooth pain and was quite anxious about dental treatment, but the whole team was incredibly understanding and gentle. They took extra care to make sure everything was safe and comfortable for me. I also had a filling done recently, and the dentist did an amazing job — quick, painless, and very professional. Had a dental cleaning and a tooth extraction within a week of each other. Both appointments were 5 star. Dental cleaning was thorough. Tooth extraction went as well as it could. Dentist explained everything as it went along and it was done in no time. Couldn’t ask for better. Best of all, they direct bill our dental insurance company, so we didn’t have to pay for the procedures and then wait to get the money from the insurance company. This was my third time to attend this clinic for hygiene app. First two times I did not have any issues, however this time I felt like my hygienist was rushing to do cleaning, trying to finish as fast as possible. It is difficult to say what was the reason for the speedy/rush cleaning as I truly do not know, but unfortunately it did not create a positive experience.
I had a cleaning appointment with Sana and she was amazing! The care and customized recommendations she provided were incredible! Thank you so much Sana!!
