I had a very disappointing experience at this dental location and would strongly advise others to be cautious. After being with this location for over two years, I’ve decided it’s time to move on. The management has declined, and the overall quality of care is not what it used to be. 1. At my daughter’s recent appointment, they attempted to take x-rays, but the machine was not working. I made my first appointment which they cancelled. Which is fine, but then they rebooked for another day and then cancelled that one as well. You get one chance to make a good impression; I gave them two, failed both times. Moving on.
I told them I was in serious dental pain. Made an appointment and took the day off work to come in for an checkup last week. They did the checkup but told me they had no availability for the procedure so had to reschedule for the following week. Today, I took the day off work again. They abruptly cancelled my 10AM appointment by sending me a message at 8AM, will not allow me to reschedule and are not providing me with my dental records for my first visit so I can look for an alternative dental provider. As a family we have been with 7Dental- Findlay Creek location nearly 5 years. We were pleased with the services offered until about 1 year ago. The turnover especially at the front desk until approx a year ago at this location was unreal. Although our dental hygienist and the doctors always provided excellent service over the years, the reception staff has extremely poor quality of service. I had an amazing experience at 7Dental Clinic! I went in for a routine cleaning and was truly impressed by the level of care and professionalism. The hygienist Natasha was incredibly gentle, thorough, and made sure I felt comfortable throughout the whole appointment. My teeth felt spotless afterward! I also want to give a big shoutout to the clinic manager Marmar, who was so friendly and efficient in making everything run smoothly from start to finish.
