I had such a great experience at this clinic. During my pregnancy, I was struggling with severe tooth pain and was quite anxious about dental treatment, but the whole team was incredibly understanding and gentle. Had a dental cleaning and a tooth extraction within a week of each other. Both appointments were 5 star. Dental cleaning was thorough. Tooth extraction went as well as it could. Dentist explained everything as it went along and it was done in no time. Couldn’t ask for better. Best of all, they direct bill our dental insurance company, so we didn’t have to pay for the procedures and then wait to get the money from the insurance company. I had a very disappointing experience at this dental location and would strongly advise others to be cautious. After being with this location for over two years, I’ve decided it’s time to move on. The management has declined, and the overall quality of care is not what it used to be. 1. At my daughter’s recent appointment, they attempted to take x-rays, but the machine was not working. I told them I was in serious dental pain. Made an appointment and took the day off work to come in for an checkup last week. They did the checkup but told me they had no availability for the procedure so had to reschedule for the following week. Today, I took the day off work again. They abruptly cancelled my 10AM appointment by sending me a message at 8AM, will not allow me to reschedule and are not providing me with my dental records for my first visit so I can look for an alternative dental provider.
