I had such an amazing experience at this dental clinic. From the moment I walked in, the staff was incredibly welcoming, kind, and professional. My dental hygienist was absolutely amazing she cleaned my teeth so thoroughly, removed everything with care, and took the time to do multiple scans to ensure everything was properly checked. First visit there and everything was perfect, from the receptionist to the hygienist, Dr. Mawj Brykea herself, and her assistant. Lots of laughter all around. Dr. Mawj Brykea and her amazing team made me feel like we’d been friends since childhood. The experience was so seamless that, in the middle of the exam, I told her I’d be moving all my family members’ files and future appointments to her and to forget about whatever dentist they had before.
I had a root canal and two fillings done at this clinic, and the experience has been very disappointing. It has now been 10 days since my fillings and 5 days since my root canal, and I am still in severe, constant pain. This is not normal. Dr. Shetty, the specialist, and Dr. Degran were the ones who worked on my teeth, but the quality of care and follow-up were not acceptable. I left with pain and no clear explanation. I had such a great experience at 7Dental. It was my first time receiving dental treatment in a while so I was nervous for the appointment. The receptionist was so pleasant and immediately welcomed me in. My hygienist was also wonderful and provided me with a great cleaning service as well as personalized tips to ensure I'm taking proper care of my teeth. Overall, I would highly recommend this dental office!
