Dr. Anderson is by far the best Dentist in Lethbridge!!! His team absolutely go over and above to make sure you are taken care of and out of pain. Absolutely Fantastic and highly recommended!!
I've been going here for about a year now, since I moved to Lethbridge from BC, and they're great! The office assistants are always friendly to greet you, they explain your insurance coverage in easy-to-understand terms, and the hygienist I see, Whitney, is awesome. I used to have a lot of anxiety about going to the dentist but my last couple visits at Able Family Dental have changed that. I don't see myself going anywhere else but here!
All I can say is PERFECT! I never had a dental clinic as excellent as this one. All the staff was so friendly, treated you like a family. Ms Alana assisted me with her best performance, let me feels like I'm the only patient there, so friendly! During the filling Dr.Still I believe was the best dentist I ever had. The staff and assistants are excellent but I have an issue with Dr. Snow. I found his "bedside manner" lacking. He didn't like my questions and didn't understand what I was trying to say. I will not be going back.
Denied Renewed Prescription for a chronic gum disease mouthwash, after a costly 3000$(insurance did not cover) surgery because i didn't spend money/book a few hundred dollar cleaning appointment. Receptionist tried to persuade me to book a cleaning then I could, ridiculous, should be ashamed for money pinching at a dentist office. If your new and going there, they will send you to one of their new doctors, I had many fillings there not bonded on properly and ignored when brought up, they fell out. Some had to be redone.
