I've been going here for about a year now, since I moved to Lethbridge from BC, and they're great! The office assistants are always friendly to greet you, they explain your insurance coverage in easy-to-understand terms, and the hygienist I see, Whitney, is awesome. I used to have a lot of anxiety about going to the dentist but my last couple visits at Able Family Dental have changed that. I don't see myself going anywhere else but here!
All I can say is PERFECT! I never had a dental clinic as excellent as this one. All the staff was so friendly, treated you like a family. Ms Alana assisted me with her best performance, let me feels like I'm the only patient there, so friendly! During the filling Dr.Still I believe was the best dentist I ever had. Choose them for your Dental needs! Have anxiety/stress/fear about those places? Same, and this would be the first dentist that kept me in my comfort level. I was an emergency case , and now I will be returning here because I feel safe! Dr.Snow was incredible in clearly lining out my options, his assistant was proficient and kind that I didn't feel concerned at all with what they were doing ! The front staff team is brilliant! I greatly recommend Able Dental! I felt comfortable as soon as I entered. The people are very friendly and helpful. There is little to no pain when I’ve had procedures done (fillings or extractions). They really care about their patients!
All the receptionists are super friendly and helpful. And when I called later in the day after my appointment to ask a few questions the girl I spoke to twice was very knowledgeable, kind and answered all my questions and concerns and was very helpful! I had gauze stuffed in my mouth and she still took the time to listen to me and answer my questions and was very very patient with me! 10/10 for the receptionist that helped me last night!
