I had a great experience during my periodic visit. Dr. J. Grauer and his assistant, Jen, were absolutely amazing. They took their time, were very thorough, and never made me feel rushed. Both were gentle, informative, and made sure all my questions were answered. I truly appreciated the care and attention they provided. Highly recommend!
I had my first visit with Dr. Mutchmor today for an emergency appt, which led to having one of my wisdom teeth removed. When he walked in and introduced himself as “Dr. Mutchmor, but you can call me Brad,” I felt my nerves ease. Highly, highly recommend!! This is the first dentist I have felt comfortable coming to on a regular basis, I actually get excited to come in to get my teeth cleaned. Which is nuts because I tend to have major anxiety when it comes to dentists. Dora is such a gentle hygienist and does such a thorough job each and every time. I always leave feeling so good about my teeth. Do not hesitate, book with them!
This office used to be owned by Dr Shek, who was a great dentist but retired a couple of years ago. Ever since this dental practice was taken over by Dentalcorp, the service has dropped significantly. It now takes over 4 months to book an appointment and then they want to cancel it last minute after waiting that period of time. Staff turnover has been extremely high so don't expect to see the same hygienist every visit. Do yourself a favor and find a practice that is owned by the dentist, not some faceless corporation.
Everyone is very kind and professional at my dental office ! I met my new dentist for the first time and Dr Mutchmor was warm, relaxed and very knowledgeable. I am in good hands. Marie did an amazing job cleaning my teeth, battling thru my infamous tartar buildup. Thank you everyone!!!
