Well, They always said don't judge the book by its cover, and yes this is right, compare to those 5 star dental office, in my opinion, access dental is the one 5 star, I called to have my entire family a new dentist office and they were able to accept us right away, my kids were also booked the following week for their teeth cleaning when I was struggling with my previous dentistry office to get it done before school starts. It was my first time seeing a dentist and I got my wisdom tooth pulled. The treatment was really good and quick. They applied a numbing cream before anaesthesia injection to numb my gums which made it almost painless. I felt little pain but numbing cream helped a lot. As it was my time first time visiting a dentist, I thought tooth pulling process would be long and painful but it was very quick and painless. I felt a bit pressure but not pain which was normal. Had a situation with a tooth that needed immediate attention. My usual dentist was closed and the back up dentist I went to saw the x-ray and wasn't confident doing the work, but they sent me to Access Dental, and WOW did they do a good job. Not only did they get me in on short notice, but it didn't take long at all to do. I joked with them about getting the tooth out in a bar fight. Access Dental was absolutely amazing. Moved in Grande Prairie last November 2023 and I've been looking for a good clinic since then. While checking online, came across with the Access Dental and read the nice reviews about them. So I called them and booked my appointment. My hygienist Kevin is very informative as he explained everything to me in detail about my crown. Staff were so very accommodating and pleasant. Highly recommended. Thank you! :)

Provided a very good cleaning, however not having a dentist on site to see patients during the time of appointments is not acceptable. This was never told to me when booking my appointment. Was promised a same day follow up call and never got one. I have been going here since they opened and this is my first poor experience.
