I had a wonderful experience with Mr. K, my hygienist. He was incredibly kind and gentle, making me feel comfortable throughout the appointment. I felt great after my cleaning appointment. :) The front reception staff was also excellent, providing a warm and welcoming atmosphere.
The staff are very professional as well as being friendly, compassionate and on-time. The patient’s comfort and ease is their primary focus. The dentist took the time to explain in detail the procedure he undertook, before and after, and was attentive to my concerns. He took the time to provide an explanation of the status of the rest of my teeth so I know what to expect in the future. Our experience is always excellent here. The dentist and hygienists are caring and kind. They are knowledgeable and thorough. I feel like we understand treatment and are thankful for the service. They have fixed a lot of issues for myself and my daughter. Thanks for all you and your staff do 💕
Great first experience with the facility. Went in for my cleaning and filled out my forms texted to me prior to my visit and all the procedures were smooth, from x-rays to the cleaning itself. Transaction with my insurance company was seamless and was good to go right after the procedure. Highly recommend this place.
What an awesome clinic. I am new to Grande Prairie and my sister recommended this clinic. From the moment you walk in the girls at the front desk are awesome. I have seen 2 dentists because of the problems I’ve had with my teeth. The dentists in this clinic are excellent. I would highly recommend this clinic!!
