It was my first time seeing a dentist and I got my wisdom tooth pulled. The treatment was really good and quick. They applied a numbing cream before anaesthesia injection to numb my gums which made it almost painless. I felt little pain but numbing cream helped a lot. As it was my time first time visiting a dentist, I thought tooth pulling process would be long and painful but it was very quick and painless. I felt a bit pressure but not pain which was normal. Access Dental was absolutely amazing. Moved in Grande Prairie last November 2023 and I've been looking for a good clinic since then. While checking online, came across with the Access Dental and read the nice reviews about them. So I called them and booked my appointment. My hygienist Kevin is very informative as he explained everything to me in detail about my crown. Staff were so very accommodating and pleasant. Highly recommended. Thank you! :)
Dr. Bartia is absolutely amazing with myself and my children. None of my children are afraid of going to the dentist because he is so good at what he does. They’ve had extractions and fillings and barely even flinch. My last hygiene appointment was with Kevin and he made me feel very comfortable. I get anxious about hygiene appointments, but my last one was a breeze!
Provided a very good cleaning, however not having a dentist on site to see patients during the time of appointments is not acceptable. This was never told to me when booking my appointment. Was promised a same day follow up call and never got one. I have been going here since they opened and this is my first poor experience.
I only had one accesment appointment but I had a great experience. I showed up early and they were willing to take me 10 minutes early, the dentist I saw was easy to understand and layed out all my options clearly. They gave me an full x Ray at no charge for my wisdom teeth and didn't charge for the accessing. The dentist was honest, and said he'd rather have a surgeon work on my teeth. The receptionist was also very good when I made my appointment.
