Shady awful unethical practice. They are an insurance scam company. They use elder abuse and tactics such as threatening and bullying to make an extra buck. My 75 year old mom had a broken tooth and was in severe pain. They took an xray and said they cannot treat her. They claimed they take 3 weeks to send a pre approval request to insurance and it takes 5 days to send an xray to us and they charge $25 just to give us a copy of our own xray. I had my worst dental experience today at this dental practice! I was directed to this practice by my insurance company for a root canal treatment, and the moment I went in, I was told my co-pay is $200/-. I gave my credit card and they immediately charge this amount. I was then usher into a room and the assistant say she has to take some x-ray of my teeth. I honestly had one of the worst experience at this dental. I went to get my root canal done and I was given a quote and cost me $966.80 however I found out that I should be charged less since my insurance covers 90% on one of the procedure. However, Lizabeth doesn’t want to refund me until they receive the payment from insurance. I proof them with the EOB already which should be enough to refund me. Such a bad customer experiencing I have ever dealt with.

I haven't been with HMO in a very long time and was not looking forward to this visit. However, this dental company, office, and staff are truly amazing. From scheduling, to check-in, to xrays, to the exam, I am absolutely amazed at their kindness, professionalism, and knowledge. Dr. Kumra is awesome. The facility is clean and neat.

I had an excellent experience at Accu Dental. The staff was incredibly friendly and professional, making me feel comfortable from the moment I walked in. The office itself is clean and well-equipped, which added to my confidence in their services. I left feeling great about my dental health and looking forward to my next visit. Highly recommend!
