I went to this facility to get dental work done. The dentist here gave me four different fillings for my teeth. Every single filling that she did ended up swelling, and I had to get a root canal on all four teeth. When the swelling first started I went into the facility and was told by the receptionist that they were unable to help me even though I was crying in pain because I did not make an appointment. Shady awful unethical practice. They are an insurance scam company. They use elder abuse and tactics such as threatening and bullying to make an extra buck. My 75 year old mom had a broken tooth and was in severe pain. They took an xray and said they cannot treat her. They claimed they take 3 weeks to send a pre approval request to insurance and it takes 5 days to send an xray to us and they charge $25 just to give us a copy of our own xray. This information is for the rude staff who discourteously asked my wife to leave the clinic and further bullied me on the phone that she would not share the X ray that was required for our Europe trip incase we have issues. The lady at Accu Dental probably didn’t realize that they are not the only dental office in town We have finally got the issue fixed by another dentist and going with our trip much relieved. I had my worst dental experience today at this dental practice! I was directed to this practice by my insurance company for a root canal treatment, and the moment I went in, I was told my co-pay is $200/-. I gave my credit card and they immediately charge this amount. I was then usher into a room and the assistant say she has to take some x-ray of my teeth.
