From reception, to hygienist, and dentist, the team at acora are very kind, understanding, and provide excellent service and care. I have had really awful dentists in the past and have a lot of anxiety around going to the dentist. I have not been for some time,but the team made me feel very reassured. Lovely people, everyone is kind and they are very flexible with their appointments! The dentist listens very well, and will take into account anything you tell her. Which is something I’ve never been lucky enough to have before this. Even with my insurance running low, they have been kind enough to triage my teeth to ensure I get the most out of the coverage I have. I would recommend this dentist to everyone I know, absolutely love it here!
I was a patient of Acora Dental for 9 months but no longer am. Firstly, Dr. Dhanji is highly professional, kind and a great dentist and have no problem recommending her. I write this review about my overall experience and time as a patient at this clinic as I question their business practice. Within those 9 months I have (insurance) paid over $5500 worth of dental work in that time. This was my first dental visit in Canada and the doctors were sweethearts! They were so empathetic and made sure i was okay! Right from jhel the receptionist to Dr. Pooja and Dr. Salimah and her assistant were all awesome✨ thank you everyone for this positive experience😁
