You really asked. Well this ain’t it; especially from a billing and front desk approach. Just get a new person and honor the insurance coverage. The dentist and assistants are just doing their jobs, no issues there. But I’m not going to waste my time explaining to a front desk receptionist about what’s included in my insurance and coverage. The most amazing team! They helped me with an emergency same day and have been helping keep on top of all my dental needs. Everyone is so sweet and they have no problem explaining everything with ease.
Very informative, answered all my question regarding time frame, options, use, limitations and cost. The examination was through and timely, the tech who took my molds did an excellent job and I was very happy. I'll go back for a fitting in several weeks.
My daughter is usually very afraid of dentists, but her experience at Advanced Dental Care was completely different. The dentist and staff were friendly, patient, and very understanding. They were also highly professional and walked us through the entire process, demonstrating excellent knowledge of dental care. Thank you for such a wonderful experience.
