This dental office was clean, professional, and efficient in every aspect of their operation. All personnel were helpful and friendly. My first overall experience was unlike any other dental office, they communicated via headset amongst staff, they had exam protocol down to a ‘t,’ and rescheduling and treatment plan review was streamlined. I felt prioritized, valued, and respected.

Wonderful business with wonderful people! For a lot of people (me included) the dentist can be a less than pleasant experience, but my visit to Advanced Family Dentistry was the smoothest, kindest and most helpful dental experience ive ever had. The staff is very kind and the service is top-notch. I absolutely recommend this place to anyone looking for a dentist in Fairbanks.

First visit as a referral. For someone who doesn’t like the dentist office, it was very clean and the staff were welcoming and nice. It did not feel like my first visit. My wait time to be seen was longer than expected. I appreciate the follow up “be with you as soon as possible, a little behind.” Water was offered and they explained each part of the process.
