I have been coming to this location and the other ADG locations since I have been a kid and have to say Dr. Horng is extremely professional and one of the best out there! He makes the patients needs a priority and is extremely friendly and professional! It's clear he has extensive experience in the dentistry field and continues to further his knowledge and learn all of the new procedures in the field. I will be a returning patient for life :)
From the moment I receive an invitation to book my next appointment, then the remainder, and once I arrive to the office to be greeted with kind smiles from the cute young ladies of the front desk, to later being conducted to the Hygienist or Doctor who will apply their expertise to take care of my teeth, I have always been treated with great care, respect and kindness. Dr Arora,is a exelent dentist, all I need it was well done and very happy with the results. Very professional and never late for my appointments, always done on time .
As a walk-in patient, the waiting time to see a dentist was less than 10 minutes. The front office staff were kind, courteous and professional. My two wisdom teeth were extracted in less than two seconds. I highly recommend ADG Dental—a happy patient.
So Im rating a dentist and experience. If I was rating Dr Lee I'd give a 5 star!! She is on medical leave and there is a Dr Blair filling in. My son was scheduled for possible x-rays with filling. When we got there my son was taken to the back, there was zero consultation with me( he's 8) and Dr Blair started to proceed with a filling. I questioned why no x-rays or was it really 100% necessary for a baby tooth. I got a yes. So I consented. I could hear my son yelling Ow!! over and over and Stop!
