I was amazed how quickly they booked my appointment for. I was experiencing extreme pain so appreciated the immediate attention I received. Dr Crowell was most kind to me. He took me through step-by-step and did a wonderful job. All of the staff were very professional and kind. I would highly recommend this dental office. I am very pleased to say I have a new dentist. I’ve been going to Affinity Dental in Mayfield since 2009. They have the utmost greatest team of receptionists, assistants, hygienists and dentists I have ever met. A lot of the team has been working there for many years and you can tell how much everyone respects one another. Very professional and especially accommodating for those who have a fear of the dentist too. Thank you for the many years of great patient care.
All of the ladies at the front are really great, helpful, and friendly. My cleaning was painless! The hygenist was lovely and gave me some very helpful hints on which type of toothpaste will be more effective on my teeth and particularly the gums. I am 79 yrs old, I came to Canada from the UK 53 years ago. I am a casualty of the British Dental profession of the 1950's who didn't seem to have heard of 'preventive dentistry', and parents who did not know how to care for teeth either!
