Staff at the desk was so kind, and welcoming. Dentist and hygienists are also so kind and professional. I'm sure I'll be back for the next follow ups and recommend to my friends. By the way this appointment was for my 10 year-old daughter. So it's more important than adult appointments I guess. :)
Dr Haraphongse is always so friendly and kind. He always explains everything thoroughly, and welcomes all questions. He is thorough and accepts only excellent results when working on my teeth. An example being, he commented he was not happy with the way a stitch looked and he redid it. To me, this is an example of conscientious dentistry. Definitely the worst experience I've had with a dentist. Each time I went in I saw a different dentist, who told me something entirely different from the dentist prior as far as what work needed to be done to my teeth. I would be booked in to get a filling and go in for my appointment and then a different dentist would tell me I didn't need the filling but needed to get my wisdom teeth pulled and when I would go in for that appointment it would be something else..... Sherrilyn is the best dental hygienist in Sherwood Park. She is thoughtful, gentle and makes my oral health a priority. I'm thankful to have a professional I can rely on. Love Affinity Dental for my whole family.
Brooklyn would explain everything she was doing and answered my questions. She was very thorough in the cleaning and scaling. The appointment was on time. The front desk looked after the direct billing process. Very Happy
