Everyone here is very pleasant and service-oriented. I had a tooth crowned that required a more complicated procedure than it would have been had I not procrastinated for years. Dr. Rafa did a great job - he is very diligent and meticulous and explains the processes thoroughly.
I have going to Affinity for over 15 years. They are always great. I love Joanne, my hygienist. Even though, I have a fear of dentist, they always make sure, I am comfortable and taken care of. Thank you so much to all the team!!
Staff is always so kind and helpful. Dr. Lau is always so generous and pleasant to be around. I've never had any issues with any work that has been done. I had Emily as my hygienist this last time, I believe she is newer to her role, that said she was great and I will book with her again! Very gentle (which was appreciated), cleaned my well and explained everything as she was going along. She did a great job!
We have been patients of Affinity Dental for 30+ years and have had nothing but positive experiences. Dr Ken Lau has provided excellent dental care to our family over the years. Renae is the best dental hygienist, friendly and thorough, always so very positive. Front office staff always willing to help in scheduling appointments.
Sherry-Lynn cleaned my teeth and has been doing so for a number of years. She is excellent! Dr. Lau is my favorite dentist ever. I would not hesitate to recommend this practice to family and friends.
