I am a new patient at Affinity Dental Sherwood Park. From the initial contact through three appointments, my experience has been great. The front desk staff are cheerful, the dental assistant informative and the Dentist was very thorough in his description of the work necessary. As dental appointments go, it was a calm experience, painless and had a few laughs.
Staff is always so kind and helpful. Dr. Lau is always so generous and pleasant to be around. I've never had any issues with any work that has been done. I had Emily as my hygienist this last time, I believe she is newer to her role, that said she was great and I will book with her again! Very gentle (which was appreciated), cleaned my well and explained everything as she was going along. She did a great job!
We have been patients of Affinity Dental for 30+ years and have had nothing but positive experiences. Dr Ken Lau has provided excellent dental care to our family over the years. Renae is the best dental hygienist, friendly and thorough, always so very positive. Front office staff always willing to help in scheduling appointments.
Best dentist office I’ve been to! For starters, the environment is welcoming with friendly staff and the service is impeccable! I went in for a filling, and here it was painless, efficient and comforting. I left feeling amazing which is not something I think I’d usually think about a visit to the dentist. If I have questions I know that here I will receive a quick and clear response that brings clarity to any concerns I may have! I’ve been going to Affinity Dental for over 25 years and have always had excellent service. Recently I had an emergency root canal done by Dr Rafael and he was fantastic. Unfortunately I broke the temporary filling and cracked my tooth horribly. Dr Rafael was an absolute magician. He worked for over 2 hours to save my tooth and put a temporary crown on it.
