Went to this dentist after recommendation and looking at reviews. Was not happy at all. The initial welcoming was great, but then after a long time in the chair, x-rays exam of my teeth, I was referred for a paradontist. I went for a cleaning which they did not do, then I get a bill by text to pay over what they claim my insurance covered. I checked with my insurance and all was covered. I’ve been a patient at AH Dentistry for a few years now. They are always kind, courteous and helpful. I was having a problem with my jaw, and they accurately diagnosed and provided me with a mouthguard that helped tremendously. Another perk to this office is friendly visits from the office dogs. They make going to the dentist much less stressful! Love it!
My hygienist Chelsea is fabulous: detail oriented, thorough, communicative, and kind. My teeth always feel and look the best after each visit. Dr Herrero and Dr Benoit provide excellent professional service, always the right level of care for long term dental health and short term emergencies. It's easy to get an appointment for day or evening, and super easy to handle insurance and payments either at the office or online. The entire office is friendly and professional.
Walking into this office you are greeted by friendly smiling office staff. My appointment was on time and I was immediately cared for! There are 2 therapy dogs which really enhanced my visit! Everyone is very professional but also kind and caring ! I highly recommend this office !!!!
My first visit to Dr Benoit. Ella the dental assistant, made me feel comfortable and welcome. She was meticulous in taking my X-rays, checking my gums and cleaning. Dr Benoit was professional and offered some good suggestions on dental maintenance. All in all, a success. I scheduled a return cleaning in June.
