I went in for a cleaning and had probably the worst dental hygienist I have ever worked with. She was rude, had zero bedside manner and was not at all personable. I asked her if x-rays were included with my insurance and she was very condescending and said that there was no way their office could know what I was responsible for paying, which is absolutely insane. Dr. Alberto Herrero is an excellent dentist and an exceptional professional. He is very competent and makes his patients feel comfortable for any dental problems. I would recommend him highly.

Since we moved to Ann Arbor several years ago, my family and I have had our dental needs managed by Dr. Herrero and staff at AH Dentistry. Each procedure we have had there confirms our right choice in dentists. We will continue to entrust our regular dental maintenance and more involved dental procedures to AH Dentistry.

I do not recommend using AH dentistry. The exam took way too much time than normal. It seemed like the hygienist forgot where they left off and kept coming back to the same area of my mouth 3x. The hygienists didn’t seem to be well educated or well trained because they incorrectly said my fillings were failing even though they aren’t (I had them done last year & fillings last 7-15yrs. I went to a high regarded dentist for these that was not through AH dentistry). I was lied to just so the dentists could pocket my money.

Excellent and reasonably priced dental care. They offer a yearly self-insured program which covers basic preventative care and a discount on other procedures. there is a comfort dog in the office most of the time.
