I was taken in almost immediately, no wait time. The person cleaning my teeth was very nice and caring. Due to my own fault of not having been to a dentist in over 15 years, this deep cleaning was very painful but she applied a numbing agent to try and help reduce that pain. I can already feel the difference this cleaning made. Highly recommend this office where no judgement is made on people who have not taken care of their teeth.

The appt took longerthan I ' d expected. Then the equipment didn't function appropriately. Needed to change rooms. Conversation between staff dentist and hygienist was curious , not in sync re procedure. I had an emergency. Exit to washroom midway.. even tually it was completed. Fell in the parking lot, stepping down over the curb.

Every employee is kind & pleasant. Hygienist was very aware of my concerns & was really gentle! Dentist fixed my broken tooth & results were great.

I received call from clinic while I was on the way to clinic to reach 2 min.due yo 5 minute late from the scheduled appointment and cancelled the appointment due to 5 min late.I wad in traffic signal near yo clinic,and told the receptionist I am onthe way I was post night duty I told I want to do the procedure today, still cancelled. It was very bad experience to me from the reputed clinic.
