Not an over all review of the practice - long time patient, come every three months for a cleaning. Had a cleaning I felt wasn't done properly, teeth and retainer still felt unclean. Took two weeks to get in touch with a very aggressive office manager named Kristen. Was a very bizarre experience over all. From the other reviews it looks like others have had similar experiences with Kristen.. I am told there is no one else I can contact. Would not recommend. When Dr Frye was here this facility was amazing. Since he left I feel like I’ve had a new dentist every visit. Dental hygienist are unprofessional. My son was in the middle of a procedure and the dental hygienist wanted to leave to help another hygienist. My son is 6 and the first time getting something other than a cleaning. I could go on and on about why I am unsatisfied but I will be looking for a new dentist.
I am pleased with the dental services including the initial hygienist and the X-ray prognosis. The fillings by doctor and associates went well. Happy to obtain CDCP seniors financial services. Thanks.
Had a lower back left molar removed. Was nervous of the procedure. The doc told me what to expect and what may happen. His confidence was obvious the procedure was quick and flawless. He was professional and precise! Very positive experience.
Dental health is also a component of mental and physical health. Dr Alani, Dhrupali and the amazing team at Ainslie Dental rebuilt my smile from what I feared was beyond fixing, due to years of poor habits and neglect. The results they achieved for me will have a positive influence on virtually my entire day-to-day life; I have all the gratitude in the world for this team!! Thank you all so much 😁
