I was taken in almost immediately, no wait time. The person cleaning my teeth was very nice and caring. Due to my own fault of not having been to a dentist in over 15 years, this deep cleaning was very painful but she applied a numbing agent to try and help reduce that pain. I can already feel the difference this cleaning made. Highly recommend this office where no judgement is made on people who have not taken care of their teeth.
Been disappointed my last few visits. Get a different dentist every time I go. My latest filling fell out within 4 weeks of receiving it, cut my cleaning short because they ran out of time, assistants are not friendly or courteous
New patient. Met 2 caring, knowlegable, and patient healthcare professionals. I have never developed such a high level of trust that quickly Highly recommend this Clinic.
The appt took longerthan I ' d expected. Then the equipment didn't function appropriately. Needed to change rooms. Conversation between staff dentist and hygienist was curious , not in sync re procedure. I had an emergency. Exit to washroom midway.. even tually it was completed. Fell in the parking lot, stepping down over the curb.
Every employee is kind & pleasant. Hygienist was very aware of my concerns & was really gentle! Dentist fixed my broken tooth & results were great.
