I was taken in almost immediately, no wait time. The person cleaning my teeth was very nice and caring. Due to my own fault of not having been to a dentist in over 15 years, this deep cleaning was very painful but she applied a numbing agent to try and help reduce that pain. I can already feel the difference this cleaning made. Highly recommend this office where no judgement is made on people who have not taken care of their teeth.
I had a great experience while I was there,,I received a lot of good information about my condition and well being of my dental situation,,,everyone there were very nice and amazing,,thank you for everything that you have done so far,,looking forward to my next visit.
All the staff are friendly and try their best to make sure you are comfortable. Always on time with appointments. My teeth are well taken care of, thanks Ainslie St Dental!
Been coming here for years and I'm always super happy with the service! Super friendly receptionist as well :) Kim is very very good and efficient at her job and always makes me feel comfortable and welcome when I'm in her chair! Couldn't recommend this place enough.
The staff is friendly & deals with anxiety well however they wrote down my birthday wrong, I came in got 3 x-rays & a check up. They told me I needed a root canal & had a tooth infection, they gave me nothing for my tooth infection. They referred me else where to get my teeth extracted, that place was confused as to why Ainslie didn't give me any antibiotics even though they were aware of the tooth infection.
