I was taken in almost immediately, no wait time. The person cleaning my teeth was very nice and caring. Due to my own fault of not having been to a dentist in over 15 years, this deep cleaning was very painful but she applied a numbing agent to try and help reduce that pain. I can already feel the difference this cleaning made. Highly recommend this office where no judgement is made on people who have not taken care of their teeth.
I received call from clinic while I was on the way to clinic to reach 2 min.due yo 5 minute late from the scheduled appointment and cancelled the appointment due to 5 min late.I wad in traffic signal near yo clinic,and told the receptionist I am onthe way I was post night duty I told I want to do the procedure today, still cancelled. It was very bad experience to me from the reputed clinic.
This was like something out of a horror movie. I came in as a new patient. None of the staff had any idea how to onboard a new patient and couldn’t answer any of my questions. Paper forms were Frankensteined together with multiple fonts and a series of corporate entities and ULCs that would make a corporate lawyer confused. All the staff are friendly and try their best to make sure you are comfortable. Always on time with appointments. My teeth are well taken care of, thanks Ainslie St Dental!
Kim was great cleaning my teeth quickly and efficiently. The practice is clean, bright and modern and staffed by professionals. Highly reccomend!
