Fantastic service, as always, from all my good friends at Airdrie Dental Studio. I'm a 24 year client and have always been very satisfied with all aspects of their practice: the Doctors, dental staff, and front reception. Their timeliness with appointments is very punctual, and they have always been extremely accommodating with appointment times. Well done!
Great experience at this dental office! Reception is always very pleasant and cheerful; I was asked to take a seat in the waiting are. Within very few minutes, Wendy, the dental hygienist, took me back to the room. I was settled comfortably in the chair and Wendy did a quick history check. She proceeded with the cleaning and polishing, ensuring that I was comfortable. She booked my next appointment and told me what to expect next time. I'm a classic dental anxiety person. I had a 3 year gap since the last time I went to the dentist, so i decided it was time to commit to getting my teeth worked on. My wife has been going to Airdrie Dental Studio for a year or so now and raved about it. My first experience was so easy and relaxing. I’ve had a few dental emergencies over the last month and the team here has been very accommodating in getting me in quickly. Dr.Neil has been kind and professional in helping ease any anxiety and getting my issues fixed quickly and painlessly. The front desk folks have called to check in to see how I am and are always very pleasant to deal with.
Excellent care to detail. Friendly, helpful staff. A stress free experience. From someone who has had very negative childhood dental experiences (50 years ago), I sincerely thank you.
