It’s fine for a mistake, we all understand. But it’s unacceptable to blame patients while refusing to see the truth. Better management can be applied. I made an appointment for exam and cleaning with the reception, the same day morning, they called me to reschedule, I agreed. But when I arrived, they told me it's only exam was booked, the reception couldn't find my appointment for cleaning. I have always been “afraid “ of the dental chair. Past experience had left me with a poor impression of the entire experience of having to be seen in a dental office . However, today my fears were alleviated at Airport Heights Dental . From the moment I walked through the door i felt a sense of calm and acceptance. The dentist and her assistant were so compassionate and supportive. They answered my questions and alleviated my fears . I am actually looking forward to my next visit. They have been my go to dentist for the last 10 years. Today I had a filling. In and out in 30 minutes flat. Amazing service as always. This place is top notch.
Dr. Lagisetty is an amazing dentist. She is always so kind, gentle and does amazing work. The staff are so helpful and accommodating. I had an emergency appointment yesterday for a fractured tooth and I truly appreciate how they helped me so quickly. Highly recommend Airport Dental, sincerely a very grateful patient.
