It’s fine for a mistake, we all understand. But it’s unacceptable to blame patients while refusing to see the truth. Better management can be applied. I made an appointment for exam and cleaning with the reception, the same day morning, they called me to reschedule, I agreed. But when I arrived, they told me it's only exam was booked, the reception couldn't find my appointment for cleaning. This is a place you can go and feel at ease knowing you are in very capable hands. From the reception area people to the dental hygienists to the dentists themselves..its just been an amazing experience ever since I've been going to Airport Heights Dental.
I came to the practice on a Thursday with pain and was immediately given a first visit. The practice team organized a second appointment for my treatment even though their schedule was full. Thanks to the team. The doctor Dr. Bommu Sanjay was very sensitive and I had no pain during the treatment. A really very good practice. Many thanks for the help.
Really appreciate urgent care after I cracked my tooth and I was unable to see my regular dentist. Dr Sanjay and Emily offered great explanations & support and the extraction of my tooth was almost painless and has healed very well. Thanks again! Lisa
I have always been “afraid “ of the dental chair. Past experience had left me with a poor impression of the entire experience of having to be seen in a dental office . However, today my fears were alleviated at Airport Heights Dental . From the moment I walked through the door i felt a sense of calm and acceptance. The dentist and her assistant were so compassionate and supportive. They answered my questions and alleviated my fears . I am actually looking forward to my next visit.
