Very happy with my experience at Alaska Avenue. There was a wonderful dental assistant ( I believe her name was Olivia) and she was very kind, reassuring, and knowledgeable. She really made my appointment to be honest. Dr. Hong was just as amazing and delightful! Booking is a bit of a wait, but I’m guessing the patient load per Dentist is quite long and out of their control. Overall would recommend to anyone looking to book any dental appointment with them.

I’ve been coming here since I was a toddler. The staff is absolutely amazing. The team of hygienists are very attentive and knowledgeable, and Dr Myers is an awesome dentist. Wait times for appointments are a little long, but that’s not out of the ordinary currently. Highly recommend.

Their communication is AWESOME I wish every appointment-based business operates like they do. Text confirmations & reminders for appointments plus super friendly & accommodating staff. Dentistry is one of my least favourite things but they make it pleasant.

Have had very pleasant experiences. Only draw back is the 10 percent over. The office is beautiful. Awesome music playing in my room.

My daughter had a filling fall out and they were able to get us in right away and fix it the same day. The dentist was very understanding of our family's needs and worked with us to find the best solution.
