Probably the friendliest and most efficient dental office I've ever been to. The staff remember their patients by name, despite only seeing them every few months, office is clean and well kept, and they do impeccable (not to mention painless) work. Even my kids like going to the dentist now! Thanks to the whole team - it really shows they care about their patients and their profession.
I'm always treated wonderfully at Albert Park Dental. Everyone is always super kind and their mannerisms put me at ease in an uncomfortable situation. They remember who I am at each appointment and it makes me feel cared for. When I need to bring my children with me to an appointment they are so good with them and make us all feel like family. Dr Michelle does her best to make sure I'm comfortable during procedures (like removing wisdom teeth) and communicates what she is doing so there are no shocking surprises.
I have been a patient of Michelle’s for over 25 years , I have absolute trust in her judgement, professional practice and knowledge. I love the clinic, I call it “ the dental spa” and all of the staff are excellent , Katie, Pam , the Hygenists , everyone!
I found the cleaning was a bit aggressive. My hygienist made my flinch at least three times due to hitting a sensitive spot. I would like to see another option for fluoride rather than the paint. It doesn’t make me feel very good. Love the office and the care.
Very personable and knowledgeable staff including both the receptionist and the dental professionals. I have no hesitation to recommend this dental practice to anyone and everyone.
