Without question this office gets 5/5 stars!!! Dr. Dan repaired my veneer for me today and did an absolute amazing job!!! His awesome DA was very friendly and put me at ease from the second she greeted me. Last but not least, the lovely girl at the front desk got me in within a couple of days of calling, which I greatly appreciated!!!…not just for an X-ray and exam, but same day service!!!! I finally found my new dental office! 😊
I’ve been a patient at Alderlea for 10 years . Prior to that I despised going to the dentist. I can almost sleep now when Dr. J . Benham is working on me. She always explains procedures thoroughly and gives me great confidence in outlining future plans for my oral health. Steve Leckie
Took a while for me to get used to Dr. Jolene, as I'd had a dentist in Vancouver for over 20 years before moving to Cowichan. But after a few visits I settled down, and I can recommend her without hesitation. She does excellent work and stays up to date with the latest in dental care and technology.
Just moved to Duncan, BC and referred to this dentist, and have been going to alot of dentists in my life, and needed new dentures top and bottom, and was concerned about services here, well nothing to worry about with Jolene she is the dentist God in my book, will be my Dentist for the rest of my life, wow the dentures fit like a silk glove, thanks so much to her and her crew.
This clinic put on a terrific charitable day in April for oral cancer screening for the public. Had no idea where I stood before that, but was very happy to be checked out so that it now doesn't worry me. Dr. Benham was quietly professional and efficient on this jam packed day in that clinic, and I will absolutely go back to her for my future dentistry.
