The office is bright and welcoming. Every single staff member at the desk was pleasant. Went above what was expected by attempting to have me seen by dentist after my cleaning to save me a second trip. The hygienist was knowledgeable and thorough. I had X-rays which were shared with me and discussed. The dentist had a great bedside manner. I left with a clear plan of care for future.
Dr. Mazleen is the best! The staff specially VANI at Alderney Dental are incredibly kind, friendly, and professional. They made me feel comfortable throughout my visit and provided excellent care. I highly recommend this clinic to anyone looking for outstanding dental services.
I had my teeth thoroughly cleaned by Shayna, Dental Hygienist Extraordinaire on July 20. She is absolutey wonderful at her job. Very skilled and experienced in producing happy people leaving with clean teeth She is easy going, an overall lovely person who really knows how to clean teeth well. We had a very upsetting experience during my 4.5-year-old daughter’s appointment. I want to specifically say that Dr. Randy MacNeil and the assistant were incredibly kind, patient, and gentle with my daughter. They were doing their best to calmly help her feel safe. Unfortunately, our experience changed completely when Dr. Chris Petropolis entered the room.
