Absolutely amazing experience! The dentist is fantastic, and the front desk staff is super nice and incredibly helpful. Everyone on the team is welcoming and professional. Highly recommend!
The front desk staff is are kind, understanding and very helpful. My Dental Hygienist and Dentist are wonderful to be with. Both are very knowledgeable and easy to talk with.
Simply Superb 😃😍🤩! I had an amazing first hygiene experience. It was super smooth and comfortable, and my hygienist, Amanda, was fantastic. She explained everything so clearly and gave me some great tips on how to keep my teeth and gums healthy. I really enjoyed it!
The ladies at the front desk are kind and helpful. I've been a patient here for the past year and Dr. Petropolis is the best dentist I've ever had. He's very kind, caring, patient, compassionate, informative, and genuine. He also has a great sense of humor 😊 He has gone above and beyond on every visit to get my dental health back in order. For the amount of forms and appointment confirmation texts and emails you receive, you would think that they would be able to communicate changes or when the doctor that you specifically booked with is away from the clinic for an appointment booked 6+ months earlier. We were advised at the time of billing that they no longer bill secondary insurance, which they have always done, so we were left with an unexpected bill at the end of the appointment.
