The new hygienist and my new dentist were great. I have been a customer of the ADG for many years. It would have been nice to have gotten an earlier appointment after I had to cancel 7 months earlier due to a very bad cold, even after being on the cancellation list. Hence the 4 stars. However, Wednesday's appointment went well and I am booked for my next appoinment in August. Thank you very much.
The hygienists have always been incredible and the change from Dr Melanson to Dr Kaiser has been flawless for me. Dr Kaiser is amazing and after great dental work, the reception staff are top notch and will help you with any issues and help you fill out your insurance papers if necessary. I have nothing bad to say about them after 30 years and I will never change dentists.
This office is spectacular. From beginning to end they are so kind. All dentist can be scary, it sounds scary, feels scary, you can feel ashamed, and it can be expensive, but I have always been able to take care of my teeth because they foster such a welcoming experience, shame free. The last few years I almost look forward to my visits. Can’t say enough great things about this office!
I am always pleased with the supports and services from ALDERNAY DENTAL GROUP. I first attended with an emergency toothache and have been with them ever since. Dr. Sharma, Doctor Melanson, and Dental Hygienists, have been key players in developing my “Million Dollar Smile!” The reception is always warm and the billing experience smooth. I highly recommend the Alderney Dental Group.
The staff were all very friendly and professional. There was little to no waiting for my booked appointment both times. My teeth cleaning was very quick and yet thorough. I am also happy to say the experience was quite painless as a result the skilled hygienists there.
