Both my son and I are new patients at Alderney Dental. We both had a great experience. The staff was very friendly and helpful. When my insurance coverage was having issues. The receptionist called them directly and was able to get things sorted out for us. I would definitely recommend this dental office.
We had a very upsetting experience during my 4.5-year-old daughter’s appointment. I want to specifically say that Dr. Randy MacNeil and the assistant were incredibly kind, patient, and gentle with my daughter. They were doing their best to calmly help her feel safe. Unfortunately, our experience changed completely when Dr. Chris Petropolis entered the room. Happy to have been a patient here for over 30 years. Personal attention to appointment details with timely reminders is great. Attentive reception staff and prompt consults with the dentist and hygienist. Overall a convenient location and good practice.
Dr. Mazleen is the best! The staff specially VANI at Alderney Dental are incredibly kind, friendly, and professional. They made me feel comfortable throughout my visit and provided excellent care. I highly recommend this clinic to anyone looking for outstanding dental services.
