We had a very upsetting experience during my 4.5-year-old daughter’s appointment. I want to specifically say that Dr. Randy MacNeil and the assistant were incredibly kind, patient, and gentle with my daughter. They were doing their best to calmly help her feel safe. Unfortunately, our experience changed completely when Dr. Chris Petropolis entered the room. Front desk staff Bettina & all staff is are kind, understanding and very helpful. My Dental Hygienist Jessy and Dentist Dr. Kaiser are both wonderful to be with. Both are very knowledgeable and easy to talk with. Great downtown Dartmouth location.

I changed practices because I found my previous dentist to be rude and condescending, all I wanted was someone more professional. Not only were they more professional, they walked me through my X-rays and explained everything, and then were so extremely kind to me when I accidentally caused them difficulties, I’d say they were some of the loveliest people I’ve come across in my 42 years of life. And they repaired my very difficult to repair teeth (3 of them) very well. Would highly recommend.
