I have been a patient for several years here, along with my daughter. The employees are friendly and polite. Very professional. The office and rooms are very clean and welcoming. The doctors are awesome. Anyone who asks about dentists, I tell them to call Alderwood Family Dentistry.
Alderwood Dental is awesome dental practice. They have great from staff that are very communicative to the dentist and assistant that take time and listen. You never feel rushed and appointment are scheduled where you rearly wait if ever once you arrive. Just good old world service rarely seen anymore.
I’ve started going to this dentistry earlier this year. The staff are amazing, kind and welcoming. They are very transparent and they gave me a heads up that my benefits were running out before my next appointment so there was no surprises when I had to pay the difference.
Amazing place from the dentists and office staff. I have had dental anxiety for my entire life and always dreaded getting my teeth cleaned. From my very first appointment Manj completely changed that for me. She made me feel so comfortable, listened to my concerns, and treated me with such kindness and patience. My wife and I have been going to Alderwood for several years. They accept Amex, billing is easy, and the quality of the dental work has always been good. That said, the appointment confirmation process is excessive. We get repeated texts weeks in advance plus phone calls, even though I can only confirm within 24 hours due to my work schedule.
