I've been with Alexandra dental for many years but no more! I called on Tuesday for an appointment to be bumped up because I had concerns. The receptionist (Melissa) was rude and refused to give me an emergency appointment. Booking me for March. Long story short, I went elsewhere and received an appointment 2 days later. They did an xray and I have an infection and taken care of immediately.
Professional and friendly staff. Katie is a rock star dentist. Also, no one shames me for not flossing enough (they probably should though-maybe that would make me floss)!
