I had called back in the middle of June to schedule two appointments they informed me both appointments were booked… I show up to my appointment today with my spouse just to be informed only one was booked. Waste of my time showing up and calling off from work. I wish they would’ve done a better job at doing their job and actually scheduled both appointments since the call to schedule an appointment took about 12 good minutes giving them my insurance information and phone numbers for both insurances. Best dental place I have ever been to, staff are very friendly and the service they provide is quick affordable and of good quality. I recommend this place to anyone. My entire family is seen at this facility an my children have never enjoyed going to the dentist before, at this facility my children have no complaints.
Very nice folks. Helpful. Th staff made sure that the patients knew what their financial obligations were, well in advance. Their technicians know their stuff. Their dental hygienist was very caring and made sure the patient was comfortable and not hurting at all times. I’m definitely going to them again for all my dental needs.
The process to get an appointment as a new patient had a normal timeline. I had my appointment, their X-ray equipment didn't work properly, and an employee in training stumbled on a cable hurting my mouth. I was understanding of it. I left their office feeling their services were a bit overpriced. Yet, due to their location, I decided to stay and get my cleaning appointment for the second week of July 2024. I really want to thank Rhea from Aliante Dental. She took really good care of all three of my girls with their dental needs. The girls love and feel comfortable going to her as she is the best hygienist in town!
