My most recent visit was great! I had a substitute hygienist who did a really great job on my teeth and got me out in record time! Reception was also super friendly and informative - she shed light on my billing history that I hadn't received before.
Dr. Wei Tang is my dentist even after graduating. His experience is undeniable and he always treats me with care and empathy. He is understanding and extremely thorough in his work. He accommodates my fear of needles effectively and always invites me back if I notice something wrong after the appointment. I’m really happy to have found Dr. Tang!
The place was empty when I arrived. There was no receptionist at the front desk and when I left, no opportunity to book my next appointment. The dental hygienist was competent but since it had been several years since I had an x-ray that should have been offered.
Came for a check up. Was told I needed two fillings. After the fillings, my teeth hurt (which they did not before the check up...). Now, over a week later, the teeth STILL hurt a lot. I have had fillings before and this did not happen. Very bad experience. Update: a month later, teeth still hurt... Update 2: They offered to look at it for free, found nothing wrong (but the teeth still hurt). Update 3: 1 year later, tooth ache on and off continued.
