Everybody at Allegra Dental is very friendly and competent. This goes for the receptionist, the hygienist and the dentist cum assistant. Since I recently moved from Orleans to Nepean, I had to leave my dentist & dental clinic of 30+ years, which meant that I arrived at Allegra with some trepidation. But I needed not worry, the care is excellent, the atmosphere relaxed and friendly. I could not have asked for anything better. The best receptionists and hygienist!! I’ve moved out of the city but I’ve kept Allegra Dental as my dental office for two reasons: The friendly service I always get at the front desk and the painless yet thorough teeth cleaning from Erin - she is the BEST!!
Receptionist staff are great to talk to, always clear with the bill, direct billing to insurance and provides me with a quote before doing the work to see what's covered. I really appreiciate that. The dental hygienist has a caring approach, is very friendly and communicates well. She is clearly very professional, and organizes and manages her time well. Dr Tam is the most compassionate dentist I've ever had. With my anxiety he's been so patient and understanding like no other I've experienced. His work is gentle and he explains all he is doing which put me right at ease. I highly recommend him to anyone that has anxiety issues about going to a dentist. Stellar work as well.
