Very comfortable experience. Extreme care exercised in all procedures. Thorough explanation of each procedure, options available, especially if you have a underlying medical condition!! Trying to ensure you choose best option suitable to your situation. Love the Team...In all my years of Dental Treatment....never thought I would enjoy a trip to dentist! They are the best!! The best receptionists and hygienist!! I’ve moved out of the city but I’ve kept Allegra Dental as my dental office for two reasons: The friendly service I always get at the front desk and the painless yet thorough teeth cleaning from Erin - she is the BEST!!
Receptionist staff are great to talk to, always clear with the bill, direct billing to insurance and provides me with a quote before doing the work to see what's covered. I really appreiciate that. The dental hygienist has a caring approach, is very friendly and communicates well. She is clearly very professional, and organizes and manages her time well. I had a filling repaired. The tooth and area slightly around was frozen. I did not experience any pain, and it was a quick procedure. The atmosphere, such as the radio station, staff, and a screen with a warm, vacation-like landscape, calmed me.
Experience with Allegra and especially Dr Tam has been excellent. Dr Tam quickly identified the issue after another dentist elsewhere was unable to do so. This was a huge relief as I was wondering if I was at a loss to know what was going on and what the solution was. The office is also a joy to deal with. April, Ava and Sabreen are kind and understanding about need to change appointments and are always accommodating. Well done and highly recommended!
