I have been going to Alouette Dental for nearly my entire life and I honestly cannot speak highly enough about them! From Dr Heung (the only dentist I can remember, please don’t ever retire! 😂), the professional, knowledgeable and kind hygienists, to the amazing front desk staff, I could not ask for a better experience. I had an amazing experience with Nicole! They were incredibly thorough, gentle, and made sure I was comfortable throughout my cleaning. Their attention to detail was impressive, and they took the time to explain everything clearly, making the whole process stress-free. My teeth have never felt cleaner! On top of that, their friendly and professional demeanor made my visit truly enjoyable. I highly recommend Nicole for anyone looking for top-notch dental care.
The hygienist “Karen” is the best. I’m a very fussy when it comes to my cleaning. She’s never fails to do an awesome job . Staff at front desk are welcoming always. Dr Heung is really second to none ❤️
Was able to get a last minute appt for a broken crown. The dentist, who I've never had before, was so nice, explained the options and fixed my tooth in less than 15 minutes. Wish I could recall her name, would highly recommend! The assistant was, and is always great!
My visit was excellent all around. It was punctual and efficient and my hygienist, Brenna was amazing; she is kind and has a fine touch with all the instruments used. She often checked to see if my comfort was maintained and has a great sense of humour. The desk staff are courteous and organized and so far I feel that the whole team is working well together. These are all top qualities that will keep me from dreading a visit to the dental office in the future!
