I had a visit with this office yesterday and everything about my experience there was AMAZING. I honestly felt like I was in a spa! From the moment I walked through the front door, every single person I met ( receptionist, teeth cleaning lady, x-ray lady and dentist) were AMAZING. I am very happy with the work I had done at Alpha Dental. I was kept informed about what to expect and any extra charges which might be incurred. The staff were cheerful and welcoming. As a senior, I was glad that I my work was mostly covered by the Canadian Dental Care Plan. As a rule, I don't like going to the Dentist, but I felt okay going to Alpha Dental. I will be going back as needed.
5 stars is not enough!! This is a GREAT clinic offering much needed dental services to seniors and others that can't afford the high costs that is a normal for dental services. I HIGHLY recommend the Dr. and his staff. Believe it or not, the gentleness of the staff is AMAZING. I've never felt more at ease in a dentist's chair. I can confidently say it's been a fantastic experience overall. Dr. Kal and his team, including dental assistant Danika and admin Tiffany, have consistently provided top-notch care. The teamwork at this practice is commendable. The office is well-organized, clean, and has a welcoming atmosphere.
