Honestly, I cried at this appointment. I was filling out my dental history because for some reason the form didn’t complete electronically, and she took the person with an appointment after me, ahead of me. I had to wait one hour before I was seen, even tho I booked an appointment for a specific time because I was accommodating my work. Great cleaning session with hygienist - friendly, thoughtful, thorough! Excellent interaction with the front desk as to reception, settling the invoice and obtaining a new appointment in 6 months. A+++

They lost my X-ray. Very irresponsible. I took 2 times of filling and 1 cleaning in this clinic. And I saw my X-ray when I did the filling recently during the treatment. Now they told me they don’t have my X-ray. It’s so irresponsible and ridiculous. How can a dentist did twice filling without X-ray and how can they lost my X-ray and blame to patient didn’t make the payment. If so, should the clinic notice the patient that if you don’t make the payment they will destroy the X-ray and will not keep it for her?

The Altavista Dental Clinic has been my dental clinic for the past two decades and I have always had an extremely high level of care. I put my full trust in doctor Polonsky and her team, from front of house staff, to the hand picked hygienists I’ve dealt with over the years. Thanks you again for the fantastic service.

I love the fact that Marina uses a laser when doing a filling. It is faster, and less noisy. During my last appointment, Marina repaired a chipped veneer, so I didn’t have to replace the whole thing. She works smoothly with her assistant, who supplies all the necessary items efficiently and at the right time.
