Went to this dentist today for the first time since I was a kid and imma just say they have the most friendly staff working here. Was a bit nervous going to a new dentist but as soon as I got there I was greeted with a warm welcome and all smiles. Happy to have switched to this office.

I’m a new patient with Dr. Rizk and dental hygienist Jessica and had an amazing experience with my dental treatments. They are an excellent 5/5 ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ Dental group and staff, I’m so glad that they were highly recommended to me by people at the barbershop in Windsor. I also would highly recommend them to anyone looking for a new dentist …you’ll be 🙂🙂🙂🙂🙂

I had a crown put in by Dr Rizk on July 30. I would give the whole experience a 10 rating. I was constantly given an update of the progress. I have been a patient at Ambassador for a number of years and I would recommend it to anyone.

I’m starting to get the sense that Diane, the receptionist, thinks she’s a bit more important than she is. I mean, she’s been in the role for a while, but some of the things she says can come off as a bit awkward or over the top. Maybe it’s worth having a gentle chat with her about tone and professionalism?
