The staff were excellent. It was my firstt time attending this detenist. Wasn't left waiting for my appointment. The hygienist Beatrice, was very helpful, had an excellent attitude and explained everything step she took to x-ray and clean my teeth. The dentist Dina explained in detail all the work I needed to have in irder yo e sure my teeth stayed healthy. My 94yo mother was not a patient of this dental clinic. She developed a painful tooth and the dentist agreed to see her as soon as possible. Needed an extraction, great communication with the dentist and staff. My mom felt comfortable.
Have had two visit here with Dr. Dina. I liked her the first time. Her work has held up and the second experience was just as good. The clinic staff is just as like.
I had not been to see a dentist for a year after I moved. The dental team were very welcoming and friendly. They took the time to answer my questions, and addressed my concerns. I was also dreading the cleaning, but the whole experience was very positive and Corrie the hygienist was conscientious and gentle while cleaning my teeth. She explained things as she went along and I felt comfortable. I will certainly go back again.
Dr. Tawfik has been providing a truly professional dental care for my husband and me. In our experience he is indeed an excellent, gentle and very knowledgeable dentist supported by an amazing and accommodating dental staff.
