I had an amazing experience with Beatriz for my appointment. From the moment I walked in, I felt welcomed and at ease. Beatriz was thorough yet gentle and explained everything she was doing. I saw Dr. Dina and Dr. Beshoy for braces/aligners consult, both were equally impressive, professional and knowledgeable. They both made me truly cared for. I'm so grateful to have found such a kind and skilled team. Highly recommend!
Best dental experience I've had so far, Dr. Dina is quick, thorough, and very talented. I've had two cavities and I was anxious about the possible pain during treatment but the whole experience was painless. Thank you and I'm very grateful for your care and professionalism. I had a fantastic experience with my dental hygienist Beatriz! She was gentle, thorough and made me feel completely at ease throughout the entire cleaning. I wasn't due for an exam but I've seen both Dr Dina and Dr Beshoy before and they are both very knowledgeable and great at what they do.
Dr Dina and Maria were wonderful. They made my little girl feel so comfortable and walked her through everything they were doing. I had to take her to get a tooth pulled. My original dentist’s office had another dentist that was not the nicest. She showed my daughter the needle even though I asked her not to and she tried once to give her a shot and since she didn’t let her do it the dentist said I can’t do this and gave me $150 bill for not even 5 minutes of seeing her and an X-ray of two teeth. This is the best dentists office. I was so afraid of going to the dentist due to TMJ pain and a medical disorder; I did so much research on dentists, and spoke to a few over a years span. The dentist at Ancaster Dental Centre not only was so patient during my first appointment but had actually done research on my disorder before hand so was so well informed!!
