I've been going to Dr. Snider for quite some time now. He always makes sure your ok and you have a stress free experience there. Diane is always welcoming and makes sure you're comfortable. The hygienists are also very good and friendly. Stephanie is always very friendly, knowledgeable and welcoming.
I changed dentists when I moved into the area. Dr. Snider's practice came recommended by a family friend and it was a great decision. All of the hygienists I've seen have been thorough and knowledgable; Stephanie, the office administrator, is so friendly and she takes the time to answer any questions you might have. Both of my children go to this office as well and they've had only positive experiences. Not all dental offices know how to work with children and put them at ease, but this one definitely does!
My family has been going to Dr Snider for decades. He and his staff - receptionists, hygienists, assistants, and of course Dr Snider himself - are courteous and professional. As well, Dr Snider will only do necessary work. It's wonderful having a dentist who is good at his work, while also being a nice and trustworthy human being.
My 17 month old suffered a bad fall at daycare in the same building and hit her mouth quite hard. It was almost 5pm and I wasn’t sure if she damaged her tooth or would need stitches. I brought her in without warning and I was so impressed with the service we received. The administrative staff and Dr Snider were so incredibly kind. He took the time to look her over right away, saving us likely lots of time at a doctor’s office and lots of worry. It was near the end of day and they easily could have sent us away but didn’t.
