They did great on our last visit. The young lady that assisted Dr. Ma was our favorite! Forgot to get her name but she did an excellent job to calm my son during our visit. She has emphaty with the kids and great for what she's doing! We were there Dec 17 and appt was 4pm. Thank you! ☺️☺️
I have been taking my daughters, ages 7 and 8, to Accent Dental since they had teeth come in and our experiences have always been great! Dr Ma and his team make the girls feel relaxed, proud, confident and comfortable. I really love the new dental office designed for kids to help cut back some of the anxiety of sitting in a waiting room full of adults. It was a thoughtful move from Dr Ma and his amazing team! We look forward to years of this teams professional development and service :)
Absolutely not a good place to bring your child. Dr Ma is not child friendly. I once had an emergency appointment with him, I got man handled and I was thinking I hope he’s not like that with kids. 2 years down the road … I had my 4 year old son there for his first appointment ever. The staff was very kind but Dr Ma was not kind at all. My son was very nervous and started crying before the appointment started and Dr Ma entered and made the situation way worse than ever need be. My five month old had a severe lip tie that really affected how she ate and all the drs turned us away since she was gaining weight so it didn’t matter if I was in severe pain while feeding…. But Apex dental took us in within two days they had a consultation and two days after that did the procedure. She is healed now and Dr Ma and his team was so amazing through it all.
What a great facility. Everyone was friendly and professional. My 4 year old felt very comfortable. Thanks. 2nd visit was an emergency. Our 4 year old had an accident and lost a tooth. Everyone was so great. Thank you reception, assistants, and dentist you made our little one feel very relaxed and special. Your kids are in great hands here.
