We had an amazing experience at Apex Dental when our 8 year old son had to get fillings. Dr. Ma and his team explained everything to my son and did lots of check ins throughout the appointment. The dental hygienist was extremely sweet and engaging with both of us (I wish I got her name!). We will definitely be back. Thank you for making our son’s dentist experience a positive one.
They were fantastic with my sensory sensitive kid! He required going to the OR for his treatment and they were so understanding and thorough with him! They were also incredibly thoughtful and got him some prizes based on his special interests for his follow up! Haven’t felt so understood in a long time, and I cannot say enough great things!
My children had a great experience with their check-ups. The staff are very friendly and patient with the kids and help them (and us parents) to understand where things need to improve. Nothing but bright smiles at the end of their appointments.
Dr. Ma was wonderful with our 5 year old's tooth extraction. He was informative of our options so that e could make a decision that works best for us.
