From arriving into a gloriously child-friendly waiting room, with retro arcade games and cushy low seating, to the friendly front office staff, clean and compact examination rooms with Disney on the ceiling overhead, and the incredibly kind and patient Dr and assistants, to quickly having my child get evaluated and receive treatment (teeth extractions) over and above my greatest expectations—this whole experience made going to the dentist so much less scary and intimidating for my child (AUHD) that I had happy tears. They did great on our last visit. The young lady that assisted Dr. Ma was our favorite! Forgot to get her name but she did an excellent job to calm my son during our visit. She has emphaty with the kids and great for what she's doing! We were there Dec 17 and appt was 4pm. Thank you! ☺️☺️
My family had a great experience at Apex Dental. Booking the appointment was easy, and the staff were friendly and helpful specially Dr. Ma, he was so nice and approachable. The clinic was clean, and I didn't have to wait long. Overall, the service was quick, smooth, and high quality. I would definitely recommend this clinic.
I’ve been going to Accent/Apex dental for about 12 years. Once I had kids they started going to Doctor Ma. My kids love going to the dentist. They have games, give prizes and get a toonie after their appointment. The team is always gentle and patient with the kids.
Usually, my son has to get sedated. Still, Dr Mah and his assistant worked with my son, who has ADHD and a fear of dentists from a previous bad experience in Alberta, and he was happy with his McDonald's gift card and said he could get a hash brown with a drink and a Mc muffin with his gift card. I appreciate the whole team going above and beyond for my son
