Staff very friendly. Charges generally (most of the time) within most recent AB dental fee guidelines. Scheduling very flexible. Not forced to get services you belive to be unnecessary. Professional recommendations made for treatment plan with clear explanations. Opinion always asked. Highly recommend these folks!
Personally, the staff at Apple Dental take the top of my list for the most prompt , thorough and professional companies I’ve have the pleasure of dealing with . Excellent experience. Highly recommend. I was visiting Calgary and had to do an emergency root canal, Dr Hosam and his staff were excellent and made my surgery into a pleasant experience. Very professional and caring all around.
Came in Tuesday to have a tooth extracted thinking it was beyond saving, the helped me regulate pain until Saturday. Saturday morning I had a full root canal done in under 2 hours, with little to no pain, Dr Hosam is very gentle friendly and professional and his assistant Karla was super friendly and very helpful. Theresa the office manager was also a lovely person to work with. Overall I'm extremely satisfied with my service and would highly recommend them to anyone.
Apple Dental was amazing, I showed up on a Saturday morning unannounced with a dental emergency, the receptionists were super nice and accommodating to have the doctor see me on such a short notice! Assistant Karla took my X-rays and explained what to expect, then had a short discussion with the dentist Dr. Hosam , he was super gentle administering anesthesia and performing the procedure so it was not even unpleasant even though it was quite a major one.
