I moved to Calgary 5 years ago and had a dentist everyone said was great…after many infections and him not doing what I needed done and soaking me over and over again for cleanings , enough was enough! I decided to call on Apple Dental, they got me in right away, were very empathetic with my situation and explained everything to me including every x ray and why. DO NOT go to this dental office if you value basic human decency. My brother—an international student with limited coverage—went in for a simple dental issue and left feeling dehumanized, dismissed, and exploited. We were upfront about his financial limitations, and yet this clinic completely ignored that. They went ahead with services that far exceeded his coverage without transparency or consent, then slapped him with a massive bill he simply cannot afford. I've been a patient for many years and have always been very pleased with the professional, friendly and caring staff. The most difficult part was to see so many come and go. But for the past several visits Dr. Hosam and Sabrina have looked after me and are the best team yet. I'm just hoping they don't go anywhere anytime soon!
Worst dentist experience ever. Last few visits i was assured by receptionist that i am covered and there will not be additional costs. After weeks pass i get called to pay an extra amount of money. When i ask why i get no proper explanation by admin. Also they have changed the amount i own them three times! One of their newer staff was very rude to me and all this after about a decade of being a client to their clinic!
