The staff are very helpful and explains everything well. My daughter and I just had a recent visit. I had some teeth cleaning done, hygienist Madison was very gentle and explains things and suggests ways on how to keep my teeth and gums healthy. She’s really good at what she does. My daughter had a recent wisdom tooth extraction. Myself and 2 kiddos had teeth cleanings today. Ieva was wonderful with the kids, teaching and showing them what she was doing and reminders for good oral health. She was also respectful in our decline of fluoride. The lady at the front. (I can't remember her name) was super friendly and wonderful. We left having a great experience.
This is not my normal dentist but they were able to get me in quickly to fix a broken permanent retainer! Dr. Suzan was wonderful, personable, and knowledgeable. She eased my anxiety and had me fixed up quickly! Great environment and everyone was so friendly from start to finish.
I broke a tooth in the early morning. Exposing the root and nerve. Very painful. Working thru the day I called Village Mall Dental in the early afternoon. They gave me an appointment for later when I would be around. All were friendly and attentive to my dilemma. Was even before my appointment and received a root canal from non other than the owner in town from Calgary. Earlier was told if I showed up right away, the owner would be there for the procedure.
