I want to start by saying I am terrified of dentist and require nitrous along with time and patience to get things done. I'm going to state right here this was hands down the worst experience I have ever had. Also this wasnot the normal Not only was the nitrous machine broken and they kept having to fix it . Way before I was ready they HELD ME DOWN to put the jelly and pretty much anything in my mouth big warning signs the nitrous
This is a great dental clinic from the moment I walked in the door. The staff at the front desk are friendly and helpful. The dental assistants are top notch and Dr Susan is excellent (best dentist I have ever seen). I am very happy with my experience and highly recommended this dental office.
As usual they were fantastic to deal with! You really feel like you are seen as a person when you go to this dentist and they are more than happy to do what has to be done to make sure you are happy with your mouth :) had a great experience as usual! Would recommend Village Mall Dental over any other dentist out there!
It was really wonderful. I like that this place is open on Sundays as well, which is very convenient since I can’t make it on other days. They treat clients with respect and do their work professionally. I recommend it!
