Out of all the places I’ve ever had dental work done, this has been the best experience for my dental anxiety. The staff here truly go above and beyond to make you feel comfortable and calm from start to finish. I don’t write reviews often, but this place really stands out. They’re incredibly efficient, everything is done quickly but never rushed. The later opening hours are a huge plus too, with some days open until 9, which makes scheduling so much easier. I've been going to Arbour Lake Dental for over 40 years. I must've been one of Dr. Don's original patients. Everybody there has always been professional and friendly. They really work hard at making a visit to the dentist a pleasurable experience.
I had Nathan for my cleaning. He is very gentle & listens to his patient & what they need & want. I am very particular about my mouth & he listened & understood my fears. I was impressed. He gave me breaks when I needed them. I feel that I had a very thorough cleaning without it taking forever. I highly recommend Arbour Lake Dental Care. I haven't been to the dentist in years. Everyone there is very friendly & treat you well
First time here, and honestly, I didn’t have the best experience. I came for a teeth cleaning, and now I’m in pain because of the way the hygienist did his work. I understand this procedure requires some pressure, but compared to many other dental offices I’ve been to, this hygienist wasn’t careful at all. I’ve never had a bad experience like this before. This was the best appointment I’ve had at Arbour-lake dental. Appt was on time, and finished fast. The hygienist was friendly, thorough and she had made great notes and discussed previous personal conversations.
