I have been going to this dental practice for 40 years (oof, that didn't feel good to type). They have always given me great service and helped me out when I have had scheduling issues at the last minute. I am not an anxious person at the dentist, but still don't look forward to needles or pain in general and my experience has always been good. I'm extremely anxious around dental visits and have used sedation when needed. I love the staff here so much. I honestly believe due to the caring/patient and thorough staff i can now do cleanings with way less anxiety!!! I moved 2 hours away , have tried Iocal dentists but continue to use them as my dentist. Hope was non judgmental, sensitive, funny and encouraging. I have to say one of the best experience for Teeth cleaning I have had at Arbour lake Nathan was my dental hygienist. He was genital, thorough and made me feel completely comfortable thoughout the cleaning. Nathan explained everything clearly and gave helpful tips for better oral care. They also helped me to reschedule my appointment last minute with out giving me trouble, for which I highly appreciate. I will come back and do recommend people to experience this service.
I regret that I didn’t read the recent reviews from the past year before going to this location, which I see are ngative for a true reason. I’ve had a very bad experience with dental treatment I received at Arbour Lake Dental. During this visit, I attended for treatment concerning tooth #24 (which was negligently documented by them as a wrong tooth #14).
