Excellent experience. I had never been at Arbour Lake Dental before. Emergency event. Got in right away. Dr Miller explained the operations available to address the chipped tooth. I selected bonding as the approach I wanted. Dr Miller and Holly dealt with it right away. Painless. I have never had such pleasant experience with dentists before. The entire team at Arbour Lake Dental were pleasant and very helpful.
I really like this dental office that I just switched to. The hygienist, Pascal, is great! He found an issue that could have caused big problems down the road that my past four people from other dental offices were unable to catch. Dr. D. I was sent here by my insurance company for a private independent review of my condition. Dr Ian Miller was agreeable to the condition I have and the following treatment plans. He told me not to worry about it, but then completely wrote a different medical reports to the insurance denying my claims. Luckily, I already have a dentist I trust that I go to. I would not touch this place even for my regular check-ups.
I always have a fabulous experience at Arbour Lake Dental when Hope is the hygienist. Today I had my teeth cleaned and there wasn’t one second of discomfort. It was a super pleasant. I feel so fortunate to be able to book in with her.
First came to this office to get sedation dentistry for a crown. Then later had another crown done without sedation and it was quick and easy. I have been going there for years now, All the staff are very helpful and professional. Dr. Ian Miller is my first choice for dental care now.
