Today I had a relaxing and very positive appointment for teeth cleaning. I am always a nervous wreck when I go to the dentist but my hygienist made me feel very comfortable. Dr. Chris was great and thorough. The receptionist and account staff were pleasant and very friendly. Thank you to all the staff at Arbour Lake!!
I had a great experience with Hope. She is very knowledgeable, gentle and thorough when it comes to dental cleaning and dental health in general. I am always nervous going to a dentist but I was so relaxed & comfortable with her doing my cleaning. Even when she did the scaling it didn’t hurt! Thank you Hope see you in January Colette
I'm extremely anxious around dental visits and have used sedation when needed. I love the staff here so much. I honestly believe due to the caring/patient and thorough staff i can now do cleanings with way less anxiety!!! I moved 2 hours away , have tried Iocal dentists but continue to use them as my dentist. Hope was non judgmental, sensitive, funny and encouraging. “I had an outstanding experience with Albina (dental hygienist) at Arbour Lake Dental Care. She was professional, gentle, thorough, and took the time to explain everything clearly throughout the appointment. Dental cleanings can sometimes be uncomfortable, but she made the entire experience surprisingly easy and stress-free. I never felt rushed, and she genuinely cared about my comfort and oral health. I'm going to tell everyone a little secret; you can pay your IT team to get rid of the negative reviews and no one will know the difference unless you're like me and you go around and you try to review your reviews and come to find out that they were removed. Now, I'm not saying that's what happened here, but there is no way that this Dental Centre deserves the amount of positive reviews.
