I am always pleased with the service and the work that this clinic has done for me! Diane did a fabulous job cleaning and teaching me what I have to do to keep on track and do better. She was amazing. I have been going to this dental clinic for many many years and I wouldn’t even think of going anywhere else,! Dr. Don has done amazing work for me… He is an amazing dentist and everything always turns out perfect. I Love my smile!!!The staff and everyone. So accommodating and Welcoming!!! If you want a great dental experience, you MUST go to Dr Ian Miller and dental hygienist Hope. Hope is the best hygienist I have ever had by far. She takes her time and makes sure she does a very thorough job - with NO pain. The admin staff are very professional. I will never go anywhere else but Arbour Lake Dental.
Arbour Lake Dental has been our dental office of choice since 1988. Dr's Ian, Don and Chris Miller are excellent in all aspects of dentistry. They are very personable and always accommodating. Their staff work hard and everyone goes above and beyond in this clinic.
Excellent experience. I had never been at Arbour Lake Dental before. Emergency event. Got in right away. Dr Miller explained the operations available to address the chipped tooth. I selected bonding as the approach I wanted. Dr Miller and Holly dealt with it right away. Painless. I have never had such pleasant experience with dentists before. The entire team at Arbour Lake Dental were pleasant and very helpful.
Was told prior to appointment my teeth cleaning would be covered by new government program. This was confirmed when I arrived by both receptionist after she checked with someone in the back. It was also confirmed by the hygienist who said she wanted to try the new x-ray machine that circles the head. Then after the appointment I was confronted by office staff stating I owed 73.00 for x-rays Not cool, if you want my continued business this needs to be addressed.
