I’ve been coming here a little over a year. I originally started coming here as I am very anxious at the dentist and required sedation for a procedure - they were very lovely and accommodating through the whole process. The reason I wanted to write this review today though is to highlight my hygienist, Ahmad. He is incredibly welcoming, kind & enjoyable to talk with. I have to say one of the best experience for Teeth cleaning I have had at Arbour lake Nathan was my dental hygienist. He was genital, thorough and made me feel completely comfortable thoughout the cleaning. Nathan explained everything clearly and gave helpful tips for better oral care. They also helped me to reschedule my appointment last minute with out giving me trouble, for which I highly appreciate. I will come back and do recommend people to experience this service.
I’ve been a patient at Arbour Lake Dental for 21 years now. Dr. Don& Karen are the team that has done all of my extensive dental procedures. I’ve always felt very well cared for in their office. I’ve always had a horrible fear of dental work. But they have changed that in the first couple of visits. Friendly, knowledgeable, and professional! I’ve been coming to this clinic for many years, usually seeing the same dentists. This time, due to a tight schedule, I went with the receptionist’s recommendation for whoever was available, and I'm very glad I did. Ahmed was incredibly gentle, cooperative, and thorough throughout the entire visit. By the end of the appointment, I was so impressed that I made a point to add his name to my list of trusted dentists for future visits. Great staff and equally rewarding service. Thank you!
As always my appointment at Arbour Lake dental was so pleasant. My hygienist is a fabulous young lady who thoroughly reviews my file with me (Hope). Her nanner is alwats professional & kind which reduces my stress level. All the staff are congenial & heplful. PG
