After 8 years of not seeing the dentist, I recently visited this dental office and was thoroughly impressed with the level of care provided. I had a great experience at Arnprior Tooth Doctor! The dentist is incredibly friendly and truly cares about her patients. She takes the time to explain everything thoroughly, listens attentively, and makes sure you feel comfortable. I highly recommend her if you're looking for a dentist who is both skilled and compassionate!
Wish I could give zero stars!! My husband took my son in yesterday to get his 2 teeth pulled and some sealing done on a few teeth. They called me last minute and said oh can you come in an hour earlier we dropped the ball and forgot we have to be out of the office for training at the time of your son’s appointment. Thankfully we had the day off and were able to go in earlier but come on that’s unprofessional! Not impressed! Firstly the teeth cleaning we received a couple weeks ago wasn’t as good or as thorough as we’ve received in Ottawa. Then yesterday I brought my son in for a tooth extraction and sealing and the assistant was in a rush to get out of there. We were asked if we wanted to keep the 2 teeth that were extracted and we said yes but they didn’t give them to us.
