Arrowsmith Dental has been absolutely fabulous while onboarding me as a new patient. They were very welcoming and have provided great customer service. They were quick to squeeze me in for some immediate needs and the dental care I have received since has been kind and considerate. I’m very pleased!
My husband and I just recently started with Arrowsmith Dental Group and we couldn't be happier. Got us in quickly, the office girls explain everything kindly and politely. The staff and Dr. James are all AWESOME - they are all kind and gentle. EVERYONE is a treat to deal with - thank you all:) We highly recommend them!!!
I had to visit this clinic while on vacation after my crown came loose. The dentist was skilled, very friendly, and explained everything well. The treatment was professional, and the costs were very reasonable. Highly recommended!
This is the second time I’ve seen a dentist from Arrow Smith dental clinic. I will say that WOW! I love the service I received there. Both times I had a pretty difficult time with my teeth and needed help with whatever it was both times. They managed to get me in and taken care of in a very timely manner. That afternoon both times when I called in the morning. I would recommend this service to anyone who needs help with their teeth. Thank you ArrowSmith dental.
Very professional office! I appreciate the text and email appointment reminders two weeks prior and day of appointment. The front desk receptionist is welcoming, personable, and very knowledgeable about dental insurance coverages. The dental hygienist is conscientious about updating medical information, provides a very thorough examination, is gentle cleaning/scaling my teeth, and explains treatment and recommendations clearly. I am extremely satisfied and highly recommend Arrowsmith Dental.
