This is the second time I’ve seen a dentist from Arrow Smith dental clinic. I will say that WOW! I love the service I received there. Both times I had a pretty difficult time with my teeth and needed help with whatever it was both times. They managed to get me in and taken care of in a very timely manner. That afternoon both times when I called in the morning. I would recommend this service to anyone who needs help with their teeth. Thank you ArrowSmith dental.
Very professional office! I appreciate the text and email appointment reminders two weeks prior and day of appointment. The front desk receptionist is welcoming, personable, and very knowledgeable about dental insurance coverages. The dental hygienist is conscientious about updating medical information, provides a very thorough examination, is gentle cleaning/scaling my teeth, and explains treatment and recommendations clearly. I am extremely satisfied and highly recommend Arrowsmith Dental.
Was a very good experience! The receptionist was cheerful and kind, dental hygienist was very patient and took lots of time with me as I have extremely sensitive gums and required topical freezing. My dentist was very thorough with explaining my options etc. Very happy with my trip to the dentist!
Great experience starting from my greeting by the receptionist. My hygienist was brilliant, explaining every step, making me feel comfortable and explaining some new technology. I am new to this area and Arrowsmith was recommended to me. I was not disappointed.
In just five years ,how things change or is it the Arrowsmith Dental Group ?The attention given to me by Andrea at the front desk,Jaspen and Dr.Rajakannu while I was in the chair was so personal A good thing.Dr.James R sat beside me after xrays and explaned in detail what Was needed.The new upto date system used is so efficent .Thanks Guys.
