This dental practice is top-notch. Everyone is professional yet personable. We have been patients for over 15 years and have no complaints. NOBODY loves going to the dentist. But Arthur Dental makes it more than just tolerable.
Great office. I was greeted warmly and didn’t wait long at all. My hygienist was Sydney and she was amazing! Dr. Kong came in to check everything and she was also excellent.
If you have a Canadian dental plan, they charge more than what they cover. If your plan covers 100%, you would still have to pay. They did unnecessary charges & extra work. They didn’t do a fluoride rise. They did a half cleaning. They wanted me to come in again for more cleaning after my 1 hr cleaning and she didn’t finish my cleaning. Had to pay out of pocket when expected to pay $0 :( The ladies at the front desk didn’t seem to care and were not sympathetic. Can’t put a 0-5 so they get a 1-5. My front tooth had a cavity and it encompassed at least half of the tooth. The dentist was phenomenal and did not feel the freezing needle at all. The dentist walked me through every step of the way as she filled the tooth. It looked great and was grateful for the professionalism and the expertise of the dentist and team. Thanks
