Had a great experience at this dental office. Went in with a concern and was able to get a care plan and appt made to address my issue. Friendly staff, very helpful! Been looking for a good dentist in the area and was very pleased to have come across this one. So glad they do direct billing! Happy to be a patient with them!
At Dr Dental, Arthur, all needs were met. The appointment was on time. All staff-courteous, personable&make you feel valued. They gave estimates in advance &informed me of my plan coverage &difference I would pay. No surprises! Dr. Kim pays very close attention to detail-an artist in his own right. The Hygienist is considerate to my comfort &very thorough. I highly recommend the team at Arthur Dr Dental.
They are always a friendly bunch. They have always treated my family and I fairly. They will send to your benifit company, and deal with all paperwork.
