Had a great experience at this dental office. Went in with a concern and was able to get a care plan and appt made to address my issue. Friendly staff, very helpful! Been looking for a good dentist in the area and was very pleased to have come across this one. So glad they do direct billing! Happy to be a patient with them!
At Dr Dental, Arthur, all needs were met. The appointment was on time. All staff-courteous, personable&make you feel valued. They gave estimates in advance &informed me of my plan coverage &difference I would pay. No surprises! Dr. Kim pays very close attention to detail-an artist in his own right. The Hygienist is considerate to my comfort &very thorough. I highly recommend the team at Arthur Dr Dental.

The dental hygienist Cassidy is excellent! She explains things clearly, gives you options, and is an expert at what she does. On top of that, she’s very friendly and makes the whole experience comfortable.
