From the moment I booked my appointment to the time I arrived, the entire process was seamless. I have severe anxiety when it comes to visiting the dentist—even for routine cleanings and exams— - and while my anxiety was still there, the experience was much more tolerable. They offer professional service in a clean facility. The front end ladies are always helpful when I have questions about my benefits or billing. Making it easy to figure out payment plans or how to space out treatments so my benefits don't max out. Dentists an hygienists may vary, but theyve always allowed me to choose who I want to see based on my personal preferences. My preffered dentist in town.
I found the staff very friendly. The Doctors bed side manner was extremely good. He really appeared to very confident and knowledgeable. He gained my confidence in a very short time. As far as recommending this establishment I think I should wait until my procedure is complete before I before I make any recommendations.
Dr. Andrew was so great with my daughter when she had to get a tooth pulled. She was a little nervous, but he made it completely pain free and quick! We always have good experiences with the hygienists and assistants at Aspen.
I had a very badly infected tooth that needed to come out immediately. Aspen Dental in Rocky Mountain House was exceptional! Especially for someone who fears the dentist. They got me in next day, made sure I was comfortable and well informed. The procedure was quick and painless which they made sure to ask multiple times if I was okay and comfortable. I highly recommend their dental office and will definitely be returning to them for more work in the future!
