Wonderful experience. All the staff is great. They explained all procedures really well and the best part is that I didn’t feel any pain or discomfort during the procedure — Hygienist Huma is very professional and she gave me tips for better dental care and hygiene. The dental facility is really neat and clean and what’s amazing is that the architecture and feel doesn’t give a “hospital” vibe — it is more like a hotel experience. 5/5 ⭐️ and highly recommended.
While the staff are friendly, the overall experience at this office has been disappointing. My son attends for orthodontic treatment, but his appointments are often rushed or ended early, with little explanation. Follow-up appointments are not scheduled unless I call to arrange them myself, and communication from the office is inconsistent. Additionally, I was personally diagnosed with several cavities here. I would like to thank all the staff at Aspen Springs Dental Centre, and a special thanks to Dr. Saade for being so patient and calming with our 4-year-old. He made sure our daughter felt comfortable, calm, and cooperative throughout her visit. I also want to thank his assistant for the wonderful support. We truly appreciate the care and kindness shown to our family.
Generally Aspen Springs Dental is pretty good. My last appointment though was a total waste of my time. I made an appointment to get fitted for a daytime mouthguard at the suggestion of the dentist whose name I can't remember (I already wear a night guard) and I was told by the dentist that the day time one will be thinner and easier to speak wearing. Aspen Springs Dental Centre is the first dental office in my entire life (I'm a senior) who actually LISTENS to me and respects my severe fear of dental work. They are so compassionate and helpful and do not make me feel silly for feeling the way I do. They do everything they can to make my time in the chair comfortable and easier. Plus, I have had a couple of dental emergencies and every time they saw me on the same day. I have been a patient there for a few years now and I cannot say enough about how wonderful they are.
