Love this office! Front staff member is very personable as always, he’s kind, helpful and positive. Kim cleans my teeth and she’s wonderful as a person and as a hygienist. The dentist that checks over my teeth is also very kind and genuine. They send you a reminder text for cleanings, upcoming appointments, or schedule changes if they need you to come in later. I had my first visit to Aspen Springs Dental last week for a check up and a cleaning. Everything went as smooth as it could go very nice people very polite very professional had to go back a week later for a root canal which again smooth as ever my mouth is feeling great. To be to be honest, I was nervous getting the root canal but when I did it, it was nothing to worry about whatsoever. It was painless fast and very comfortable. I have been going to Aspen Springs Dental in Bowmanville for over 2 years. I have always felt welcomed by their staff. All Hygienists and Dr.s Are amazing at what they do. I had my cleaning recently by Huma who was very patient, thorough and caring, she definitely delivered beyond my expectations. Thank you Huma and Aspen Springs Dental! Keep up the amazing work 😉
Wonderful experience. All the staff is great. They explained all procedures really well and the best part is that I didn’t feel any pain or discomfort during the procedure — Hygienist Huma is very professional and she gave me tips for better dental care and hygiene. The dental facility is really neat and clean and what’s amazing is that the architecture and feel doesn’t give a “hospital” vibe — it is more like a hotel experience. 5/5 ⭐️ and highly recommended.
While the staff are friendly, the overall experience at this office has been disappointing. My son attends for orthodontic treatment, but his appointments are often rushed or ended early, with little explanation. Follow-up appointments are not scheduled unless I call to arrange them myself, and communication from the office is inconsistent. Additionally, I was personally diagnosed with several cavities here.
