If you are looking for a Dental office that will take care of you visit Avalon. I have been going here for a bout three years now. They are very flexible. I travel a lot and had to cancel my appointment like 2 or 3 times. Then when I got back in town I call to make an appointment, and They had an opening the next day that they gave to me. My wife and I have been going to Avalon for years and wouldn’t go anywhere else at this point (even though we don’t live/work near by anymore). The staff is great and always makes us feel welcome! The cleanings have been consistently good even with different staff, and the one issue I encountered in all these years was addressed immediately. Keep up the great work!
I warned them that I was cowardly about dentists. They took good care of me anyway, the kind and friendly staff putting me at ease, and even the peaceful view of trees and water from "the chair" helping me to relax. The doctor went over my dental health with me respectfully, patiently, knowledgeably. I'll be back in six months...and for me, that is the highest accolade!
I & my family have been using Avalon's sugar land location for some years. My experience has always been good. My recent procedure was done by Dr. Julie Seo. She was exceptionally good at her work and I felt at ease knowing I'm in safe hands. I didn't feel any after effects later in the day or the following day. It looks pretty normal.
First time at Avalon, and I was impressed with the service, atmosphere, and warm welcome. Andrea at the front desk, was very friendly, and welcoming, It made me feel very comfortable. I didn’t wait in the lobby for long, I felt they respected my time. My hygienist, Audrey, was very informative and educational. She provided me with education on my teeth care, without making me feel embarrassed or ashamed. I left feeling extremely valued. This office is a gem, definitely will come back!
