I have had wonderful experiences at Avalon Dental since taking my physician’s recommendation (also a patient) there a few years ago. Recently, Brianna did a great job cleaning my teeth and Dr. Hu filled in a space on the side of one of my molars where the gum had receded, hopefully preventing a problem. Dr. Hu is kind and gentle, just what you want in a dentist! The front desk staff is super helpful and friendly, too
This would be my 2nd year, and could have been my children's 2nd year, with Avalon. Last year's experience was exceptional for me and my children because we were new patients, IMO. I had an appointment with them today for a cleaning, which, unbeknownst to me until I had to pay my co-pay, turned out to be a periodontal cleaning. Avalon Dental is really SPECIAL. Your not just a patient here, you are a friend. The staff and Dentists are incredibly genuinely personable. They get to know you and you should get to know them. Most of all they focus on their craftsmanship and make sure you know the state of your teeth, what you should do, and how they can help you. That is how it suppose to be especially when it comes to healthcare. So many tried to persuade and pressure to up sale this and that. Dr. Yu has been my dentist for many years now because he and everyone at Avalon Dental truly care about their patients. He always takes the time to explain everything he sees and to ask about then listen to my concerns. Services are never pushed. I know I’m in good hands whenever I walk thru the doors.
Avalon Dental has been a wonderful find for our family. Our hygienist Jonathan was incredibly professional, patient, and took the time to explain everything clearly, from insurance coverage to showing before-and-after photos. He walked us out every time - a truly gentle young men. The clinic itself is modern and clean, with coffee machine and a lovely view of the lake that makes appointments relaxing.
