I came in as a new patient and was very impressed with this office. From start to finish everyone was very friendly, warm and professional. The work and services done were very thorough as well. The cleaning they did for me was one of the best I’ve had in a while. I plan to come back and make this my new dentist.
Avalon Dental has been a wonderful find for our family. Our hygienist Jonathan was incredibly professional, patient, and took the time to explain everything clearly, from insurance coverage to showing before-and-after photos. I hadn’t been to the dentist in years because of a previous painful and discouraging experience, so I was extremely anxious about this appointment. From the first phone call, the front desk staff were kind, patient, and so welcoming. They made me feel comfortable even before I arrived. I been coming in here at Avalon Dental office in Sugar Land for years & so far, I always had a wonderful experience. The staff were always friendly and welcoming. My dental hygienist Audrey is always very nice, always thorough and gentle during every cleaning. The office itself is very clean and modern. I love this place so much that I recommended it to my sister and my husband also comes here. 5 stars for Audrey always as the best hygienist I ever had👏🏻
