Everyone at Avalon is great and very helpful. I had an emergency dental situation over the weekend and Dr. Soo was wonderful. I spoke to her directly over the weekend and she was able to provide immediate help and she squeezed me in for an appt that Monday. Everyone is caring and you can tell they genuinely want what's best for the patients well being.
I can't say enough great things about my FIRST visit to Avalon Dental. From the moment I walked into the office I was greeted by the most friendly front desk agent! After checking me in I headed to the waiting area but was quickly interrupted by assistant Andrew, who was already waiting to take me back to be seen. 😲Andrew was so friendly, courteous and calming. I'll I could give them 10 more stars I could. From the moment you arrive you are greeted with a Hello and smiles to with the moment you are escorted to the "chair" you are surrounded by friendly, caring and very professionals folks. Checking out like checking in was a breeze. The areas were always clean and smell fresh. I like the people here, wish I had found them earlier.
I enjoy the friendliness of the staff, and going in extra miles to help me if I ask for something. I like the clean and the modern warm look in the office and a good cup of coffee when I come slightly early. I also like the reminders before my appointment and the follow up from my procedures. I like the friendliness of the Doctor Who attends to my teeth and is very thorough to take care of whatever the issue may be.
