I hadn’t been to the dentist in years because of a previous painful and discouraging experience, so I was extremely anxious about this appointment. From the first phone call, the front desk staff were kind, patient, and so welcoming. They made me feel comfortable even before I arrived. Avalon has been my go-to for dental services for years now. Throughout the years, I see nothing but improvement with these folks. The crew has really grown and the facility has ever been expanding, but nicely under control. Most importantly, they have a very mature patient-to-clinic operating system which is very integrated and makes scheduling appointments and communicating directly to the operators very easily. I recently had an endodontic procedure done at Avalon Dental, and I can’t say enough good things about my experience. From the moment I walked in, the staff was warm, welcoming, and highly professional. They took the time to explain every step of the process, which immediately put me at ease. I hadn’t been to the dentist in a while and was honestly a little embarrassed—but the team at Avalon Dental never made me feel anything less than welcome. From the moment I called to set up my appointment, to the fantastic hygienist who took such good care of me, to Dr. Yu’s gentle and professional approach—it was a great experience. Kind, compassionate, and completely non-threatening. Highly recommend!

I appreciate that I get in and out for routine appointments in under an hour. They are kind, professional and super respectful of my time. I am always comfortable (as one can be at the dentist) and they do a great job. Highly recommend.
