I am very happy with all aspects of the services I receive from Avery Dental. The office staff are excellent and do everything they can to make me fully aware of any out of pocket charges to covered by my insurer before it happens so I can make an informed decision. The Dentist is also fantastic and is always trying to make sure I am comfortable and not in any unnecessary pain. The Dental Assistants are also very caring and patient centered. I am very glad I switched to Avery over a year ago.
Few days ago I had one of my top wisdom teeth chip off, I knew I would need it extracted eventually and have been looking for a new dentist office since we moved back to Port Hope but kept putting it off until this happened. Avery Dental took great care of me the same day I called for help. They were able to get me in just a few hours later for an assessment, which led to having both my top wisdom teeth removed the same day. Love this office! I have been a few times and every time I feel welcomed. All of the staff are incredible; very kind and informative. Dr. Sharma is fantastic! Highly recommend!
Avery Dental has caring and knowledgeable staff. I had a recent appointment for a loose crown on my implant. Sheryl the assistant, and Dr. Han were reassuring and worked carefully to fix the problem quickly and painlessly.
Was surprised to have my appointment moved forward a few days due to a cancellation. My visits with Dr Sharma are always good, she’s very mindful of my comfort and any anxiety. We have a signal if I need her to stop, and she immediately stops. Her assistant was also very courteous and seems to be very good at her job. I trust the team here, and I don’t say that casually
