My experience was good, but my appointment was10 Mins late starting and again every time I come for A cleaning I keeping getting a different dental hygienist. I prefer to have the same one not being shuffled around. I like the one I just had June 27 and prefer to stay with her.
My family have been patients at this clinic for 25+ years. Always a good experience from the staff at the front desk, to hygienists, to dentists. They are usually on time with limited time spent in the waiting area (although my most recent visit was 30 minutes late…this is a rarity and I understand that occasionally things can become backed up with unexpected complications). The dental hygienist was very professional and did a good job. She was very personable and easy to talk with. Very nice lady. The dentist, however, was not so nice, he was slow getting there. Most likely due to his advanced age. I'm joking! As usual Greg was jovial and very professional. A pleasure to deal with.
My family and I have been going to this dental office for almost 15 plus years and never had an issue. Staff is always friendly and great to communicate with. I was not pleased with my last visit as I had to wait for 30-34 mins past my scheduled time to get in. This has never happened before and we usually get in and out on time. My family went in on time except me. I am not sure what the reason was for the delay but I would really appreciate it if I was notified ahead of time that there will be a delay. Thanks
Our family has been coming to Dr. Hadad's clinic for years, and we wouldn't dream of going anywhere else. From my own check-ups to my children's dental care, the service has consistently been superb.
