I’ve been coming here for over 25 years, and the care has always been excellent. The staff are friendly, professional, and genuinely care about their patients. A heartfelt thank you to Dr. Hadad and the entire dental team. This was my first visit to this dental office, and I was truly impressed. Everyone was so friendly, professional, and took the time to clearly explain every detail about the dental procedures and costs. Dr Hadad was so professional and generous. She accepted me as walk-in in a holiday morning while she was fully booked. I really appreciate that. She didn’t push me for any further procedures, instead she calmly offered a good plan of treatment. Really recommend her.
I would rate them 4 out of 5. The clinic is excellent overall—very client-friendly, and the staff are professional and welcoming. However, every time I visit, I end up paying extra out of pocket even though my plan covers 100%. It seems their fees are higher than what my insurance reimburses. I’m not sure if this is common across other clinics or specific to this one, but it does affect the overall experience.
Dr. Ali and his assistant provided a seamless, painless wisdom tooth extraction. Despite my typical dental visits anxiety, the team’s supportive care kept me comfortable throughout the entire process. My recovery is going great, and I now feel much more confident and less fearful about returning for future visits. Thank-you to the team. Highly recommended!"
