My daughter has been a patient of Dr. Baitner since she was 3. She's now 10! That says a lot! We love Dr. Baitner and her staff. They are always so professional and caring towards us. Dr. Baitner is an amazing doctor who is not only intelligent and an expert in her field, but her bedside manner is awesome. She is friendly and sweet. We love Baitner Pediatric Dentistry and plan to stay till we get kicked out (when my daughter turns 16)!
Best experience today with Dr smith at Baitner pediatrics. He is so warm and he listens and interacted with my kids with so much patience and care. He explained everything so thoroughly and he listened to my concerns and answered questions and it’s obvious he truly cares about his patients. Ran right on schedule. The dental assistant was extremely kid friendly. Doctor spent time with my child and explained thoroughly the next steps. Office gave referral to orthodontist on our insurance instead of random.
Dr. Baitner is amazing! She’s incredibly knowledgeable, caring, and truly takes the time to treat your child in the best way possible. You feel seen, heard, and well taken care of. Plus, her office is absolutely beautiful — clean, modern, and welcoming. Highly recommend!
