Great people here. There are very helpful, friendly, patient and caring. They answer all questions. And make you feel like family, instead of just another patient. I really wasn't sure how my son was going to cope with needing his teeth fixed. But the girls here from start to finish made him feel comfortable and safe enough that he was able to get all the work done quickly and stress free. You girls more than earned the 5 star rating. Thank you for your patience and caring.
I had a great experience at Ball Dental. Nobody likes going to the dentist, but the staff created a very welcoming and comfortable environment. Everything was explained clearly and in detail, and the entire appointment was handled professionally from start to finish. I was so impressed with the team at Ball Dental for staying late and taking such good care of our daughter during a stressful situation, even though we aren't a regular patient of theirs. Without hesitation they offered to stay late to stabilize her teeth after an accident. Your kindness, professionalism, and willingness to help after hours made a huge difference to our family. I was treated with kindness and compassion even though it had been quite awhile since I had been to the dentist. I have some anxiety around dental work but the staff here took the time to explain everything in detail and really make sure I was comfortable. Dr Ball was gentle and thorough, there was no pain. My mouth healed quickly. I booked an appointment for my young son as well.
