I am a new customer to Ball Family Dental and was very pleased with the friendly staff, the shiny new clinic and most importantly, the competence of the people working there. I went for an emergency appointment when I had a tooth break off. Dr Ball said she had time for a full exam and completed that as well as suggesting I come in for a cleaning. Awesome experience! I’m usually terrified of the dentist but the staff helped make me comfortable and made sure I knew what was happening, even unprompted which I greatly appreciated! They have a good sense of humour too and are fun to joke around with even when they’re working on you. Overall they were really friendly and answered all my questions and concerns and made sure I understood what the plan would be going forward. I for once look forward to future appointments :)
I had my first visit to Ball Family Dental and was thoroughly impressed. The office is beautiful, exceptionally clean, and equipped with state-of-the-art technology. The entire staff, including the dentist, was warm, welcoming, and efficient. Service was prompt, and I felt well taken care of from start to finish. I’ll definitely be returning for all my future dental appointments and highly recommend Ball Family Dental to anyone looking for quality dental care.
The staff at Ball Family Dental are exceptional. I really appreciate the follow-up texts/calls to ensure procedures went well. Leanne is always friendly and she treats her staff in a friendly and professional manner which sets a positive tone for her staff to ensure they are amazing when interacting with clients.
Right from when you walk in the door, everybody is super friendly, accommodating, and helpful! They are compassionate and take their time to explain everything to you and give you every option available for the best treatment. I look forward to my future visits with them.
